Hello i acquired with my guild, the two-hand mace [World Breaker] from SSC instance. As you see the proc chance of this mace is boosting your crit rate by 900 (about 40% critical strike chance) for 4 seconds for your next hit only.

i will post some screenshots i made from my combat log, i am not happy with the proc alot, seems to me, the next hit doesnt crit so often as a 60% critical chance should. By watching my combat log i saw also something wierd. Proc comes and goes and no hit between and not even miss/dodge/parry, is that a latency issue only on the combat log?

Hurray! it proc-ed,

you can see the crit chance going up to 60+%, combat log saying it and blizzard's combat text showing it.

now the depression starts, where is the critical strike? Why does it give me the feel that it isnt 60% but its like 24:P . And this considering the gain and fade of the proc in the combat log is just shown mistakenly w/o having a hit from me in between, because of latency.


With a quick check
In my screenshots in the combat log, the next hit right after the "u gain world breaker" i guess it the hit that should have the +900 crit rating on it. So considering this, its like i had
6 crits out of 15 hits with the "World Breaker" proc involved. This could be even 4 out of 15 because the windfury hits (the 2 yellow hits) that occured right after the "u gain world breaker" should belong to the hit that proc-ed "world breaker" .

It is not in my knowledge if
1) the hit that procs "world breaker", if it windfuries, it consumes the "world breaker" buff
2) if the hit, that comes right after gain of "world breaker" windfuries, should it have, for the 2 extra hits the "world breaker " buff?

So guys, i would appreciate your opinion on this and if its worth posting it as bug or as an issue to resolve in Blizzard forums.

PS1 there were other screenshots too between but i was just spaming "screenshot button" to see the windfury procs (windfury junkie me :P). But no world breaker proc was in these screenshots so i didnt post them
PS2 i made an imageshack profile just for this post, i thought this was the only good way to submit so many screenshots, if there is a better one plz write it down so that i wont mess up next time i post.

Floria, i dont get your point, consider i am not native English speaking person and 2nd, u are not getting my point in this thread it seems.
If you have an opinion about whats going on with this proc, plz say so.

And I don't think you got the point of the infraction you received either. This thread is pretty dumb anyways, it's a item mechanic question and a badly written one at that.

Not being a native English speaking person is not an excuse.
