Weapon Skill
Has anyone do an analysis of +weapon skill since the changes in 2.0.1?
Previously 1 point of weapon skill increased you +hit% by 0.04, +crit% by 0.04, and decreased your chance to have an attack blocked by 0.04%, parried by 0.04% and dodged by 0.04%.
The 2.0.1 patch notes said something to the effect that it increased +crit% by 0.1 per point of weapon skill above the player's base (350 for lvl 70).
What exactly are the resulting effects? Is it strictly the 0.1% to crit? Does it add the pre 2.0.1 bonus AND 0.1% to crit?
