I was just wondering If someone could give me insight on this, is the 26 haste rating on this cloak, better then say my drape of the dark reavers (fully raid buffed dps)

This should have been posted in one of the Rogue spreadsheets, I think. One of them even shows up when searching for crystalweave rogue (along with the very same cloak you're comparing it to, even!), so I'm curious to how hard you looked before deciding you couldn't find any other post on this.
