I started playing my shaman again a bit, and wanted to crusader up his HWL axes. However, 5 resets of the Archivist in strath turned up *NO* orbs. Wowhead says 60% drop rate, Thott says 20, Alla says 45.

There was a patch a while ago that seemed to bump it up to a near 100% rate. Did they undo that change? Or am I just like 1 in 1000 unlucky?
