Gurtogg Bloodboil

My guild has been trying Gurtogg a little lately and after sorting all the easy factors of the fight we´re now struggling with the Acidic Wound.
We´re using 1 druid MT and 2 warrior OTs at the moment which seemed fine in threat generation and especially the damage on the druid was less spiking but, Acidic Wounds are stacking into oblivion on the druid and a BoP is kinda risky id say.

How is your guild handling the debuff? Keeping the MT aggro lower so the tanks can switch for a minute or BoPing? Using 2 druid tanks? Or using a tank as somewhat sacrifice to hold as long as possible?
