Was wondering what kind of 25 man will be able to take down A'Dal

Are we talkig full kara/gruul/mag epic people, or can a less geared raid do it?

Same question about magtheridon encounter. Do we need full kara gear, or is it possible for a blue raid with crafted epics?

Hold one, we're talking about the Naaru standing in the middle of Shattrath? I don't think you're supposed to attack him (it?).

A'dal has something like 5000 hp and respawns quickly iirc from the BC beta

You mean Al'ar, the first boss in Tempest Keep?

If you mean the bird, then if you can defeat Magtheridon, Lurker Below and Void Reaver without problems, you can give A'lar a shot. If you can do the rest of the SSC bosses, you should be able to do A'lar.

The fight is not very gear dependant, so you should be able to do it with Kara gear or better. The only exceptions to this are the tanks for G'eras and V'eru who will need decent Shadow resist and Frost resist gear respectively. Note that A'dal *does* enrage after 10 minutes, so flasking up might help if your raid's DPS is lacking.
