Apparently now that both teams have 40 people actually playing, the horde tactic has switched from randomly attacking towers in force to be a total pain in the rear to turning the entire match into a turtle by taking snowfall.

Last 6 AV's- 40 minute turtles before I afked out. Thanks goodness I have two 70's.

I have a different experience. On my BG its mostly races to the end, with short games. A few games a few people defended, giving us the win, but it was still over in 20 minutes. The longest game I have seen lasted 55 minutes, which is still fine given the amount of honor you are getting.

I can see people being upset that their free wins are gone and they actually have to play though Ironically, before the change AV was the only BG where Horde had no wait in BG9. Now we have like 5-10 minute queues. I guess less Alliance play now due to the change.

It was never a free win in my BG- prolly 60-40 alliance side. Now, no one wins. It is just a turtle. It is to the point now I race down and while others go for Galv, I grab Grummus and kite him back and solo him so we get at least 20 honor.


And towers are still death traps for mages and hunters. Got attacked through the wall again a little bit ago. Gotta love mace stuns from a rogue coming through the wall.

You know what- you are right. I didn't have anything to offer, wasn't asking anything, and it was pointless kvetching. I wish I knew how to delete it.
