I bet we all have those "-WTF Bliz?" moments. Not just about the buffing and nerfing of racial- and class mechanics that follow the patches, but as one of the best examples: The cost of riding skill (300). Five thousand gold - I mean, Blizzard, what the fuck?

5000g is nearly impossible to attain through questing, if one also focuses on the actual core game attractions like PvE and gearing up. Questing isn't the only way to attain good economy, the auction house is a great part of it. However, benefiting from the AH means someone else spent money which you gained. How does that really add up? Fast and flying mounts aren't viewed as "if too many want it then it is impossible", but a right for every WoW player. Fast and flying mounts are amazing, so why are you making it so that the community statisticly has to rely on not everybody having these mounts?

Without gold farmers and gold trading with real life currency, it would be easier to earn money through the Auction House, but setting five thousand gold as a fee for the highest and popular luxury goal in this game is mere hypocrisy. If Blizzard really want people to continue playing for a higher goal then they should create a new one that could satisfy the majority.

Sure, "everybody" will have it in the end. It IS possible for every wow player to attain this epic luxury, but you're pushing the community too much.


Another thing is raid itemization for feral druids. And this one is really interesting.

This is the Feral Druid Tier 4 PvE set:

[Breastplate of Malorne]
[Gauntlets of Malorne]
[Greaves of Malorne]
Notice the nice set bonus. Pretty imba, don't you think?

Now, here is the Feral Druid Tier 5 PvE set:
[Nordrassil Headdress]
[Nordrassil Feral-Mantle]
[Nordrassil Chestplate]
[Nordrassil Handgrips]
[Nordrassil Feral-Kilt]
Again, notice the set bonus. WTF bliz? What does an instant regrowth have to do with PvE? Do you want the Feral Druids to be imbalanced offhealers now as well? Do you really want us to suggest, in the midst of a near wipe, that "hey, guys I can shift out and give a shitty instant regrowth to someone, and if the boss I'm tanking kills me, then at least we tried". Or even if the Druid is doing DPS, what the hell is a shitty Regrowth going to do to help the raid? Sure, you might save yourself from dying, but since when did healing become the prio of a Feral Druid in a raid?

Having the Tier 4 set bonus being stronger than the Tier 5 bonus - What were you trying to achieve? How about a lesser cost of Mangle or something? Don't you have ideas? At the point of having 4x Tier 4 and 1x Tier 5 it is a hard dilemma if you suddenly get another Tier 5 token. I mean, would you sacrifice 1400 armor for some better stats, maybe a socket and a set bonus which gives you the possibility of an instant regrowth after shifting out? At some point ...no!

Now, the set bonus of 1400 armor is overrun when you gain more Tier 5, so okay it's not that big a deal, but my point is that an instant regrowth is useless. Seriously, were you laughing at the Druid community when you added this? -WTF Bliz?

The tier 5 stats are an upgrade, I agree, but why are you always nerfing upgrades?
[Tanzanite Pendant] ...of the Monkey has +21 Agility, +32 Stamina.
and [Necklace of the Juggernaut] is... Well Ok the Tanzanite is rather rare, but Juggernaut is supposed to be epic. So you add defense rating, buff it with 1 stamina, and then nerf it with 2 less agility. Again -WTF Bliz?

Of course the defense rating gives more avoidance than the 2 agi, but bears like to crit. Our high crit chance as tanks compensates for the actual "oh shit, I missed all my attacks and dodged the five first attacks from <some sick boss>, it's already a wipe since I have no rage for threat building and maybe my healer saved my ass, but now he's screwed along with the rest of us". Even better, when you nerf agility, add hit rating? That would really save our mates' asses.





So, this thread is not dedicated to Druids, but to every World of Warcraft player.
Do you have anything you would like to discuss, or a bomb of frustration to unleash?
I would like to know what the different classes and players are unsatisfied with

Oh, and I'm doing this at work, so spending time looking for an already existing thread has been limited. Haven't found one so far. Just delete my thread if it's a double, I have it saved on a text file.

Oh and your comment about questing to earn an epic flying mount amused me since that's exactly how I earned mine.

No.

Stop spending your gold on stupid junk and save for a week or two and you'd be amazed at how fast the epic flier flies into your reach. I've been 70 for less than a month and I'm 50g away. New server, new character, no twinking. No buying gold, no crazy AH manipulation. I log on, do my dailies, sell anything I loot and do a couple of quests. I could have had it within a week of hitting 70 but I was lazy.

I'm not even going to touch the druid portion.

Where did all the idiots come from that either:
a) did not read the forum rules or straight up chose to ignore them
b) are incapable of constructing a well written post (contributing to the actual topic at hand, no 'u' 'ur', and so on)

Of course you have - you have herbalism and skinning.

There's a great difference between people who have gathering professions and people who have crafting professions and want to level their ex. Leatherworking / Blacksmithing and gear up for performance instead of grinding gold for luxury.

I have work, a girlfriend, close friends in all the neighbor cities, siblings in two states etc.
Plus, I raid. Monday to Thursday. When I come home I have actual things to do besides WoW. And when raid time is over the best choice for anyone at 11pm in the middle of the week is get some sleep. In addition to that, it's rep farming.

One shouldn't have to be a nolifer to attain both. Do you disagree?
