hi guys semi new to these forums and have a question. Regarding eclipse rotations, i couldnt // didnt wanna sift through all the post and find the thoughts on Eclipse to proc 20 % to wrath rotation. my rotation is basically MF+starfire till crit * 3 points in eclipse for a stable rotation* and then wrath spam until eclipse IC cooldown is at 9 seconds. then its refresh MF starfire 3 times and by the 3rd starfire if its a crit then refresh. keeps me at a healthy 3700-4200 dps depending on crits with wrath. Spell power i sit at 2448 with dragon trinket up * no shaman totems* 15% haste, and about 42 % crit with a fire mage. is this the best possible stable spec for me considering my high spell power ? Chars name is Poad if ne one wants to take that extra effort. Thanks for reading, and merry christmas

hi i ma new here and ask for for givnes for some stupid quetions i may ask but i need help i dont fully understand what the wights of the items mean and am confused to why there seems to be more agi gems in gear then hit gems is agi more important know then previously used. understand that i have been playing for a while and most of what i did before the exansion i just id on here say from others nice enough to give me advice until i found your site but all i know is before the expansion i was top dps in every raid and know tanks are putting me to shame i seem to die alot easier now then i ever did before granted i dont have the best gear yet but i am working on it i guess i justt need some help figureing out what is going to put me back on top i cant handle being middle of the pack after being the alpha for so long any respnse or advice would be greatly appreiciated and if any one feels the need to check i am vurtago on shattered hand thanks

am fressh to the site so please excuse me but i am barley pushing 2k dps on a greta day i dont understand how everyone here si saying that there getting over 5k dps is it what i am doing that is wrong is it my gear please some one tell me ill do what ever to get there but i need to know what i am doing wrong

What professions have people got, Alchmey use to be great but I am unsure now and think a JC would be better.

Lovely all the replies. I do am happy with the feedback and the angles that are given. One interesting combo is AoE taunt with Survival Instincts. Thats sounds realy interesting is again something I didn't thought of.

At the moment I never encountered problems suchs as already ecplained bu some other posters, and thus where Survival Instincts will come in handy. At the moment I still say 'no' to iit and try to keep on playing as I play now. I however am not going to be blind if problems start to occur which could be solved by putting a point in that talent or even in Rend & Tear although I still i'm an old fashioned tank wich in his mind a tank exist to take impacts and not deal damage

Now back to my bed because I got a nasty bug somewhere and I need to rest (yeah, great xmas celebration that was....coughed my longs out)

Hey guys, as an elemental shaman. I'm wondering what stats I should go for ???

A lot of the gear I have been looking at either contains high crit/haste/mp5 + dmg. Don't have any means to really balance any of the stats, I just have to choose which I want to increase and then go for that item.

I have a mage on kazzak named Murezor.
I have been reading the threads in this section and tried some spell rotations, builds, ecc. but I'm getting way worse results than what stated and so I'm here asking you for help.

So my character's gear is in the everage... not the best gear but it does its dirty job. I have always a flask of the frost wyrm up and running as well.
With a flask I have more than 2000 sp.
I have always on a molten armor as well.
And I use a glyph of molten armor or something, hence my crit rate is 25.16%.
Assuming all of that, I should get a dps between 2000 and 2300 (but it's just my guess).
In game I have 1600 with my actual build and it's about the same with frostfire.
Can you pls help me how to understand what I'm doing wrong?
With the current build I'm using arcane barrage - arcane blast rotation and for testing purpose I'm using puppets in thunder bluff.

Since scorch/pyro should be affected by this, there's got to be some benefit but damn, that's sad, man. You guys tested this and there was no change with ffb's crits?

edit: Since pyro is min 1/6 of your spells, how close to zero is the bonus, lol?

edit: As a side note, if you could include some of your testing procedures in the first post or whatever, I'd be happy to help out with testing on the live server anyways - I don't have a patch character though. I could make one but I'd have to resolve some account issues with my email etc first with the billing department. :/
