This is from a previous post I made on the rotation vs priority issue. I've been using this and it wastes few to no KM procs and rime procs. The numbers I've been pushing have simply amazed me. I have no heroic gear whatsoever (10 man or 25 man) and haven't completely finished a frost set yet (hoping to get lanathel's chain tonight and am going to enchant gloves and boots for AP to drop hit). Anyway, 12,400 dps (~11,300 without the ICC damage buff) on Saurfang using Ilvl 251 axes from 10 man gunship has me pretty sold. Rng on the fight (IE crit/miss rate) seemed fairly normal.

After the opening set of runes/FS's it would become OB, OB, RP dump, BS, Pest, RP dump, OB, OB, RP dump, OB, RP dump.
By splitting up the runes you end up with 4 RP dump portions of the rotation and get some wiggle room for KM and rime procs. You also have some freedom to shift your U/F runes around without causing them to line up with your death runes. That removes of the problem of UF runes being off CD at the same time as 2 death runes and an obliterate consuming UF and pushing back the blood runes that would be used for pest.

I also forgot to mention, the rune grace period gives this rotation even more room for KM proc's/rime/horn. UA is used with BT -> UA -> cancel aura right after death runes are consumed by an OB. I would definitely suggest at least giving this a try on a target dummy.
I also wanted to discuss specs a bit. In the OP's spec, there are three points in BI, one of which can be moved into CotG. According to previous dps/talent point calcs that I saw, CotG should be higher DPS than BI. With the exception using AMS, I am having no trouble RP capping with 1 point CotG and with 2 resto druids in the raid. I wasn't even capping that I saw with 3 resto druids.
Also with the "wiggle room" rotation I'm running, I haven't really had any trouble dumping all my KM procs. This would lead me to say 5/5 KM isn't really questionable unless I'm missing something with an internal CD or PPM on KM. The only points I would move around would be BCB -> subversion if you are having threat issues. The template I would be using is
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft. The two free points would generally be put into BCB unless you have threat issues.
