Qestion if you have time
I am all about Armor pen -- what does that do to the cim shot and viper sting --- I use those in my rotation along with the rest. I use the rotation you talked about. My Dps is still not to my liking with my GS. My GS ia 5833 and my DPS in 25M Raids runs 7-8 K\, without volley. I thought it should be 9-10K. Is my thinking correct. Thanks for you time ...

MM spec build
I've been attempting to tweek my dps, as much as possible, and after spending time on the spreadsheet 11/55/5 is rendering higher dps no.s.
The World of Warcraft Armory
Not sure why, but it seems that Aspect Mastery is greater than Survival Instincts.

I'm going to guess it may have something to do with lower end gearing and possibly lack of full 25-man raid buffs. Spreadsheeting myself at ArP hardcap from gear, my current spec/gear combination is at 13728.09. Just to compare the two points, I simply dropped 2 points from Survival Instincts and put one into Aspect Mastery (making an impossible spec I know) and my DPS still dropped to 13689.42.

But looking at my gear now, I really ought to be doing a lot more. I'm not sure if it's a problem with my gear and slight lack of ArP, or if I'm just not using a proper rotation.
I'm not sure why the fury warrior in my raid is doing vastly more damage than me. But here's my rotation:
Charge ... Rend > MS > (slam) > Overpower > Execute on SD (x2 with T10 set bonus) > MS > (slam) > Overpower > (Bladestorm if everything else is on CD) ....... and then it all kinda falls apart.
At times I find myself either rage starved, or spamming slam repeatedly, because all major abilities are on CD.
Is my dps... or LACK of appropriate dps... a gear/spec issue, or a skill/rotation issue? I'd ask the other warriors in my guild, but I'm the only arms warrior, and I wouldn't put it past my guild to replace me if I can't keep up.

I don't think it can be a spec issue, and it definitely isn't a gear issue, as mine is worse and I can pull 9k. I usually start a fight with Charge, Rend, Shattering Throw (unless I'm saving it), Mortal Strike and then Bladestorm. After Bladestorm is finished I just prioritise Mortal Strike > Overpower > Execute. Probably not perfect, but works for me.
Edit: I noted you said you get rage starved, do you have a Shaman dropping a Windfury Totem or a Frost DK with improved Icy Talons? Because that'll be a pretty noticable DPS loss if you don't, though I'm not sure how to account for the Fury Warrior doing so much better if that's the case...

I'll be back after the next raid. I'll post a video of my dps, maybe you'll see something I can't. :\

BM question
Ok so I'm trying out BM and I made my own spec, and I have to say I have been doing well with it and really loving it over MM. I have read the 3.3 BM thread, but have a few simple questions. I use Rawr to find the best gear for my hunter as I gear her out, and it shows hunter DPs and pet DPs. If I sort it out to show over all it shows some gear that's low hunter DPs with high pet DPs over some gear that high hunter DPs and low pet DPs if it comes out to be more. I was wondering if I should use the over all or the higher hunter gear?
I'm thinking about retooling my spec more for raids as I made my spec for PvP, but was wounding if I'm heading in the right path. The World of Warcraft Armory - Octahurt @ Eldre'Thalas - Profile
I haven't really seen anything that says what Tier set bonus are best for BM, and what peaces you should keep from what sets to make the best gear builds.
Have a good one,
Matao
P.S. I use a Devilsour at this time.

In addition I often come out with other healers so if I have to run far they likely do too so that speed boost helps them too. I also try to save my nature's swiftness for when I have this situation too so that I can throw an NS HW. I will also usually pause to consume the T10 2-piece hasted HW if I have to move far.
Inside the portal room keep in mind that Crusader Aura actually works so if your healers get used to running with that in the portal room that provides a lot of speed boost.

That was part of the question, i was also wondering if it increases the 'swim' speed.
Thank you for mentioning the Crusader aura, I'd not thougth about that one.

Alright, so heres the story. I have a friend who plays as a warlock (I do not have one). He says that regardless your supposed to stack SP over Haste, I told him off of what I know as a mage, from a 1 to 1 ratio eventually Haste beats spell power. He is convinced that some website he read X amount of days ago with theorycraft about warlocks said regardless of your gear, always stack SP.
So I decided to post here and ask some people that actually understand their class to the T. My question in specific is simple, should warlock's stack haste over spellpower. Some other information that would help would be at which point at any should you stack haste, what gear or requirements would be best to stack spellpower over haste, and any other related information to the topic.
Im thankful for anything anyone can post. I would love it if you could post links to the information and on top of that specific posts / pages. I understand that there is quite a bit of information on the main page and I did read that, however Im sure that post is outdated and is not up to date with 3.3.
Here is some other information about my friend. He has 2set T10 and 2set T9, along with some gear from ToC 10m and Triumph and Frost badge gear. Hes speced into Affliction.
Thanks again to anyone who can respond, I appreciate it.

During heroic Deathbringer Saurfang in my experience there is no need for DSac, everything till 30% is very easy, 30%-0% gets spiky, but only from 50-100 of his runic power, so you can refresh SS, Bol, JotP till 50 runic power, when damage ticks less without fearing of someone dying... You cover RNG ( boiling blood + Mark of the Fallen Champion ) with BoP which should be off CD if you used it at the begining to reduce runic power gain and also pain surperession...

I have tried the program called Rawr, and it said i have to regem all my gems to agi, so i can preform higher dps. So i went and bougt 20 red epic gems, i resocketed all to agi, and i lost like 500 dps. I had all my gems is AP.
with almost 6000 GS i have around 11K Dps on bosses.
But if someone has a better ide, i'll be gald to hear it, so i can preform better dps
