1.What you think about Armor penetration for DW DK's ? I compare [Belabored Legplates] and [Leggings of the Honored] also i think lether better then plate because ArP nothing gives to us.It so ?
2. Second question how much expertise rating need for DW ?How much important its for DW ?
3. 2x [Hailstorm] best choice for us after patch or [Last Laugh] + [Hailstorm] better ?

Yes this is indeed interesting to see effects of posting anything in this thread. Mare hours after I posted this screenshot prices skyrocketed. Ink of the sea 60g up from 10g and so on. It could be funny to alter some piece of info and see what happens. Fortunetly I had solid stock of mats before it spread like fire. Yes that milion people that read these forums make some impact.

I was just on the PTR and the talent says it reduces the cooldown on chain lightning by by 1.5 seconds but the cooldown is still 3.5 seconds. Whether this is intended or not I don't know...
