Assuming you're correctly gemmed as unholy, I wouldn't switch to frost right now unless your guild is desperately lacking in haste buffs. Heroic Bryntroll with unholy sub-frost is monstrous, and you'll almost certainly outperform frost with those two weapons as you are now. If you're too unsure, run the sims.

Recently, I've been trying to come up with a simple way to better eliminate the human aspect of the FCFS. Despite not being a robot, I've come up with a half decent way. Some people spam their buttons while their coming off of CD, most prevalently it's the warriors and Death Knights that do this, personally, I choose to time everything to the best of my ability as they are coming off of CD.
To eliminate the RNG of possibly hitting an unwanted ability milliseconds before the 40% DS proc, simply spamming your DS button, while still timing everything else, to assure that the procced DS still gets off before you hit whatever the other upcoming ability is. Nothing too major, but it does help especially when on a tight dps burn with pots, hysteria, heroism or whatever else you have up. Of course though, to save your hand from falling off, only do it when even if it procs you still wouldn't hit DS. An example would be if JoW was comming off CD next, you obviously wouldn't try and get the DS off before it.
Also, has anyone gotten any updated information on the small bug where we can glyph SoV in our OS, and switch back. I did it for two raid nights straight and it was a massive pain in the ass. Having to respec and drink every time I resealed was getting really, really annoying. Especially since I run 4 different seal comps during raids, it's really impractical to use it on a regular basis, especially since the only other viable glyph you could use would be Exo, which we already established is only worth about ~40 dps in full gear with the exp cap.

I must have missed this, but are we using Bladestorm on single target boss fights? I remember it used to be a dps loss. I've read that people use it right after a MS. Is this still the case? Also would it be beneficial to 'cancel' the Bladestorm right as MS comes off CD so you don't cut into it?
If we are using Bladestorm on single target fights then I could justify keeping Bladestorm Glyph. But I reckon a Glyph of Execution would be the best option. I almost never have Bladestorm come up twice in any multi target fight even glyphed.
Also if Rend ticks off and MS is coming off CD. Is it better to apply Rend or use MS first? I probably could have found this answer back a few pages, but as the content and patches come out, so do rotations and priorities. Thank You.

I'm not positive, but I don't believe there have been any parses uploaded for Trauma yet, but most people who have it say it ranges between 3 and 6% of their total healing done.

This is for enhancement shamans and how I think they are getting buffed big.
I just wanted everyone to keep in mind, that blizzard is changing the way stats work. One change that they are implying is that they are going away with +spell power, and +attack power gear. Spell power will be directly related to intelligence.
Well seeing as how enhancement shamans already get attack power from intelligence, and with this new system Blizzard is switching to, we will also get spell power from intelligence. Something I kinda think what will happen is enhancement shamans damage is, that most of our damage will come from mostly spells.
As of right now in Lich King, about 55% of our damage is physical(white damage, Wind fury, Storm strike) and the rest is nature/fire damage(Flame tongue, LB, Lightning shield, shocks, Magma totem, Nova).
However sense we are now going to get spell power and attack power directly from intelligence, and with our new mastery, I see most of our damage coming from nature/fire damage vs. physical damage. Maybe like 55-60%nature/fire damage and only 40-45%physical.
I don't know this for sure but I think I read somewhere, that their isn't going to be intelligence on enhancement gear. Well if thats the chase than I'll be gemming and enchanting for intelligence than. Also the fact that blizzard is considering removing talents like mental quickness, and mental dexterity, doesn't mean that it will happen, and our mastery itself could replace those 2 talents.

What is the actual percent speed increase for Cat's Swiftness/Tuskarr's Vitality?
Is it 8% or 15%?

Hello EJ, need some help with my holy gear selection.
I'm currently in 4 piece T10 (chest, legs, shoulders, helm), and I finally got my first token to upgrade one to sanctified.
I have non-tier, ilvl 264 helm, leggings, and chest sitting in my bag.
Helm: Faceplate of the Forgotten: Faceplate of the Forgotten - Item - World of Warcraft
Legs: Leggings of the Dying Candles: Leggings of Dying Candles - Item - World of Warcraft
Chest: Rot Resistant Breastplate Rot-Resistant Breastplate - Item - World of Warcraft
My question to you is, which tier piece do I buy with my token, and which of the 264 non tier gear do I equip? I don't mind losing my 4pc bonus, but obviously want to keep my 2 pc bonus.
As far as my healing style goes, while I'm gemmed all intellect, I use a pvp libram and flash of light alot, usually doing 6k HPS+ in 25man ICC.
I obviously want to keep my haste high, its sitting at 723 right now.
Please give your input.
(I was thinking to buy the helm with sanctified token, keep my tier shoulders on, and replace my chest and legs with the 264 gear)
World of Logs - Real Time Raid Analysis
This is a WoL analysis. As you can see, I use FoL twice as much as I use HL. Hopefully this will help in your response. Thanks.

You're correct in wanting helm/shoulders for 2 pc and using the non-tier legs and chest. As far as HL vs FoL, you should be using HL a lot more.

Doing a bit more digging...
It is appearing that for each "level" of moonkin aura selected (1,2,3) it gives 3% per level (3%, 6%, 9%), rather than 1% (1%,2%,3%).

I noticed a problem with Moonkin Aura too, seems to be behaving as described above.

In my opinion during EM speed pots are the best. Instead, during BL is better use wild magic pots.
