I apologize in advance if this has been asked before, but I was curious as to how you guys handle the frostmourne room for H LK 25. We've wiped twice at 13% and once at 11% and both times it was because people somehow ended up dead right as we were about to port up from the room. Obviously we starfall as we get into the room but I wanted to know what you guys do after that. In our 11% attempt, we were down a healer so I ended up rejuving as many people as I could while typhooning on cooldown after starfall was done. Do you guys moonfire the Wicked Spirits or IS them or let the other ranged worry about them?
i guess you all stack up on a melee that guides you around. And as you said it's typhoon +starfall after that. I usually cast wrath on anything that is close after that. Don't think that moonfire kills them immediatly. Of course your cast will get interrupted some times because somebody else nuked it
if people die inside it's because they're not stacking correctly/stacking target slacks or ghosts are getting through. Even the last few seconds are very important in frostmourne room.
Rawr 2.3.18 tells me to use Fierce Ametrines in yellow sockets when using Shadowmourne. The DPS gain would be ~1 DPS per gem. Is it possible that str/haste gems outperforms str/crit gems? When I think of Freeme for more Chaos Bane Proccs, getting Motes faster and proccing 2pt10 more often it's easier to comprehend for me.
Well thats assuming that 50% of ignite gets munched which is quite alot and probably to high.
On some occassions it might indeed be better, with alot of haste for a long period of time, so that the extra spells you can push out in the gcd's not used to cast living bomb, are the same or higher as the dmg living bomb would have done.
But for the moment the best "rotation" is still the one that uses living bomb, we are also considering a stand and nuke fight atm, but with living bomb doing dmg and be "castable" on the move its even more interesting to use living bomb.
Another point towards living bomb, if you have any of these trinkets (phylactery of the nameless lich, disloged foreign object or muradins spyglass) if you cast living bomb on the last second of DFO it gets the extra spellpower for the whole duration of living bomb, same with phylactery, with muradin's spyglass you'll have less chance it will run out when you are stunned / spiked / tear gassed cause the ticks and the explosion reset the timer. Here we should look if it would be more interesting to cast an extra fireball or a living bomb (though when you have 2 seconds left on the buff and living bomb just went boom but your fb cast is longer then 2 sec its better to reaplly living bomb first cause you will still have time for that fb under the buff)
Yes the munching is annoying. Yes, you should be doing more dmg. But atm there is nothing we can do, cause blizzard has tried to fix it a few times, but I think they ran out of idea's and are gonna rework it in cataclysm. So for the moment, don't think about the munching and let it go.
Rawr has indeed "all" the answers but that shouldn't stop us from discussing and thinking of other ways to utilize all the tools we have. If we start counting on programs and machines to much and let our brains slide, what will happen if the program is discontinued / goes kaput / becomes aware and goes skynet on our ass.
The machines will take over, start stocking up on guns! (sorry for this but had a terminator marathon yesterday ^^ )

So right now i'm gearing up in triumph gear while collecting some frost badges with random lfg's and weeklys.
I never had problems topping DPS Charts back in 60 and 70 content. But i'm really worried on this one!
I read the initial post concerning glyphs but realy can't decide between Immolate and Imp (I use Incinerate and Conflag already). What's the highest DPS in 5s with 2 pc Guldan's?

I'm sitting on nearly 20% hit. That's 3% too much!!
How do i get rid of it? Almost every piece of gear has hit on it. I barely can find anything that is decent and doesn't have hit on it...
Also, is 4 pc guldan's worth it? if so, i would get above 25% hit because robe and head is sitting in the bank.
Well, you're currently in a full darkmantle set. I think the spreadsheet senses that you're in vanilla wow gear and is suggesting AP because it's the most valuable.
Or maybe you logged out in the wrong gear right before asking an anonymous forum to help you troubleshoot. Who knows.
Redownload the spreadsheet. It's not likely there's something messed up with your openoffice itself; either the program you're using isn't compatible or it is. You might just have a corrupted spreadsheet.

atm i'm poision hit capped, exp capped, arp capped, and i was wondering what should i stack up next?
with the trinket from ruby sanctum, Sharpened Twilight Scale i will have to change a few arp gems and i was wondering if you got any suggestions...
on a crit calculator it says i need 61.13% crit and i'm capped...dunno if that is correct, if it is should i gem crit gems? ap?haste? ag maybe? or these combined?
Reaching the crit cap is not a goal. If you think it is, you've not been paying attention.
If you've reached the ArP cap as combat you should gem for whatever is your next highest EP stat which I guarantee is not crit. You'll have to use a spreadsheet or a simulator to figure out what you should gem for.
We put a mark over one of our tanks and follow him around the room since he's done it on 10 man a few times. Last night we were slightly melee heavy so that might have been a part of the problem. It was just disheartening when we lost 5 people the last 2 seconds of the frostmourne room and wiped cause he was doing 30000000% more damage lol. I also forgot to ask if other boomkins found unglyphed typhoon more beneficial than glyphed to knock back the spirits should
they get too close to the raid.
