Out of curiousity, since I'm 6 shards away from Shadowmourne, I was doing tests with the latest version of Rawr (2.3.21), and it does list the Herkuml War Token ahead of the iLvl 245 Death's Choice when you replace Bryntroll by Shadowmourne.

Using the latest version of Rawr (2.3.21) is now listing the Herkuml War Token ahead of the regular Death's Choice.

Now, is that a bug in the Shadowmourne proc inside Rawr or is the haste that beneficial to Shadowmourne? All other weapons put DC ahead.

That is using the "normal plate priority" obviously. Just wondering since even though I have most items on the BiS heroic plate priority list, I had the worst of luck with trinkets.

I was wondering about how much haste is needed as a end game raiding assassination rogue. I've done a good amount of searching, yet can't find a definite answer. Thanks in advance.

Hi all. As background for the upcoming simple question, here's my armory info. I'm in my 25m gear, as we had a spriest last night.

The question: I should be fire/ttw, right? Or not? I'm in a pretty casual guild (no LK 25 kill, though we're close), so I didn't even realize that most top mages were fire in ICC. I have a ton of haste and not very much crit at all, so I'm concerned that if I switch over to fire with my current gear I'll experience a dps loss until I pick up a Phylactery or some of the other good crit gear. Which could take a while.

Add'l information:
- I can't run Rawr on my computer
- I have some random gear with more crit on it (Lady's Brittle Bracers, Spyglass), but not enough to get me to 40% or anything substantial
- Magegraf shows SP and haste as roughly equivalent to me right now.

I've recently started doing GDKP runs on Shandris server thanks to this thread. Thanks all.
They seem to get stronger every week.

For splitting cash at the end, I have a system that works very well.
I tell everyone to open trade with me.
I pay them each one at a time.
I thank them by name in vent once they have been paid.
My buddy kicks them from the raid.

This solves some problems:
I don't worry about people collecting more than once.
I save time kicking people cause my buddy does that for me.
I am thanking everyone and that's nice.

To be literal, no amount of haste is needed by anyone. Haste is a stat, which, like all stats, increases your dps by interacting with various other stats and abilities. As long as you're going after the stats which are most attractive to you, in the relative sense, you're already on the right track to maximizing your damage. For some rogues, haste can very easily be their best stat (mut rogues exp capped), and for others it's just a middle of the road stat (combat rogues not-yet-arp capped).

If you're interested in how much haste a rogue has at a given gear level, just armory someone and see.

Well I did that, I went to Wowprogress and armoryed the top assassination rogues on the top 5 guilds in the world. There haste varies greatly from 700-900. Was wondering where I wanted to aim for.

Im an xperil user and notice alot of you use pitbull or shadow units. When I tryed to use them the multi color backgrounds was pretty distracting to me. Has anyone else noticed this? Does pitbull function better than xperil?

Hi all,

I just got my 2nd Mark of Sanctification, and am having a hard time deciding what to upgrade with it. I used my first one on my helm.

I currently have both the Blade Scored Carapace (level 251) and the Gendarme's Cuirass (264), and almost enough frost emblems to buy the 251 Lightsworn Chest (which I could immediately upgrade to Sanctified).

Is there an easy way in RAWR to figure out what to do? Or do I have to run each piece and see what the rating is for each?
