so in light of landsoul's 4.0 spreadsheet, I went over to MaxDPS.com. Now I know their numbers are typically not accurate, and should be taken with a grain of salt... but...
with a hit rating of 9.41%, they rate hit as a more valuble stat than STR. Now I can't belive that, but thats what they say..
Does this mean that going way over the hit cap, including getting a belt with 60 hit rating will be beneficial in any way?
•Lava Lash now Increases the damage dealt by your Lava Lash ability by 20% and no longer requires your weapon to be enchanted with Flametongue.
•Stormstrike now increases the Nature damage bonus of Stormstrike by an additional 10%, up from 8%
There is a beta build up already with rune strike still not costing a dodge/parry, just requiring 30 runic power up from 20 and 150% weapon damage, down from 200%. I did find myself very global locked/empty at times in dungeons tonight, but it seems they also have a fix on beta for that allowing 2/2 imp blood presence to give 20% rune regeneration. Haven't had a chance to test on beta as it just deployed this evening but will be working on testing both tomorrow.
I also went 2/2 Bloodworms on live and the proc seems rediculously low to be worth anything. Anyone have any other experience with bloodworms on live? At full stacks they would explode and heal me for roughly 6.5k hp out of the 58k hp unbuffed that i have outside of icc.
I was also wondering about reforging. I am currently hit and expertise capped at 8% hit and 26 expertise. Mastery seems essential to have for a blood dk for the healing bubbles, I am just wondering since avoidance seems important come cata how much and of which avoidance stat to reforge into mastery at the current lvl80. I am at 20% parry and around 25% dodge, just seeing which of the two to reforge into mastery if either?
I've found the same with bloodworms, i wont have any for a whole string of pulls, and suddenly get several at once but they do provide quite decent healing for 2 points, i dont think i will remove the points.
As far as reforging, im not sure if the bloodsim going around shows it or not, but i currently don't think i want to drop much avoidance, especially with the ICC debuff still in place (i havent personally checked this today). While mastery seems good i don't have nor cannot find any numbers that show it beating out avoidance atm but id love to see any info on this as i cant find any.
i encountered this bug as well(and it was frustrating the heck out of me while it was happening)...though once i calmed down i realized the fact that indeed my combo points were pulling magic tricks and taking vacations without leave....i have also noticed the hemo buff droping though i didnt know it was cause of druid
Looks like those three major bugs made it to the liveserver:
1) The melee haste buff(IIT) actually increases our meleeattack speed - and increases our Rune CD by 10%. So is melee haste still a buff? I fear, we are doing more damage without melee haste buff than without it.
2) Killing Machine proccs used when HB is used (but HB doesn't crit; just the procc gets used). Think you simply shouldn't use HB when KM proccs.
3) Obliterate offhand damage still bugged(too low).
I don't know, how m,uch those changes actually affect the speccs and the value of stats. Maybe haste is now better for DW Frost and DW Frost seems to be bugged (OB Offhanddmg).
