I just reforged whichever stat was highest on all my gear, either the haste or the crit, in order to gain max mastery. Ignored all socket bonuses below 6 agi, and put 20 agi in the sockets, for more attack power.
Currently I have:
609 mastery
42 hit
142 expertise (not on purpose, probably nerfing this asap when a better ring drops)
1122 crit rating
818 haste
My reason for doing that is the fact that most of my damage currently comes from rip and rake ticks, and since the bleeds cant miss, so maxed out mastery for max bleed damage.
This has so far yielded some nice dps scores in ICC and RS.
Did 19931,8dps on Saurfang, and 14785dps on Halion normal (gave up trying hc this week due to texture bugs)
Not an expert, just saying what seems to be working for me atm.

Truth be told this discussion should not have been done here, it involves a lot of had waving and "I think" "you think" kind of stuff that isn't extremely helpful and in the end doesn't lead to anything.
This thread is about analyzing fire spec and not whether we like something or not.

Hello.
New to EJ here, but a long-time lurker. I don't even know how long... just a long time.
Anyways. I wasn't able to find a post related to this, and I hope I don't irritate anyone by asking this, but since 4.0 launch, talent changes, etc... for Enhance Shamans, do we gem Haste still? Or gem Agility?
Also, with Searing Totem no longer being able to Fire Nova, should I just not bother throwing points into the ImpST and then IMP Lava Lash (despite it now being a 10 second cooldown).
One more thing, sorry, but has our rotation changed at all?

Lol, I wouldn't be surprised. Using FoK on Valks last night resulted in horrible dps, like 4k... spamming it at something like twice the normal rate pre-patch. Blade Flurry was easily 2x the damage of FoK if not more (ie you have to focus more on positional placement).

Forgot to ask this question in my previous post, I'm currently using Nibelung but i also have Mag'hari Cheiftan'S Staff, Which one would be better. Nibelung has more spell power but with current changes to game, would the 136 haste and the spirit that is on Mag being converted to mastery be a better choice? With Mag i reach 1130 haste 34% instead of 30% Also enchant for weapon, black magic or spell power. Thanks again.

My real uneasiness is what is definitively the stat weight priorities now?
HIT > AGI > HASTE > MASTERY > CRIT?

Stats
I am trying to find base stats for Paladins. Since the patch things have changed and I want to make sure I know what each stat means to me now.
What do the following stats provide to the Pally: The ones I could locate I wrote in and please correct me if I am wrong.
Strength: 2 Melee AP / .5 block
Agility: .04 Dodge
Stamina: 1 health for first 20 pts of STA then 10 health per STA thereafter.
Inellect:

^^ yea the 2 pts in Imp Searing pain are worthless atm. moving them would be good. the Pre-cata Raid thread talks about it as well, evan some Dcpt talks in there.
So was curious what people thought about Glyphing Incinerate over COnflag.
2 sec shorter CD sounds nice on a robot sim. but even with alot of practice, i've noticed Conflag CD ending, and between finishing an incenerate and GCD, it's pretty much lost alot of the time. Playing around with itmyself now. was just curious if anyone else had already. thx
