I struggled a bit with this Thursday but got her. It's a world of difference from pre 4.0. I did actually do some homework before going in. If you can make sense of it, I was basically trying to calculate what would produce the most amount of healing for the short time that I was out there, so basically cast time or GCD. I went conservative on lifebloom a bit. All of the numbers are actual values observed in ICC unbuffed. I didn't really have a better idea on how to estimate healing that was crit, so it's just averaged. Also the glyph crit and lb crit terms were artifacts from when I was just starting with LB, the glyph crit for RG is the talent and it's really total crit for that spell in not LB crit.

One very odd artifact was output increasing quite a bit with me dropping haste below 1016. I was really frustrated with my druid on Dreamwalker and basically went to bed angry and didn't do much math at the time.
My guess/theory is that the way I got the haste was running some 277 cloth gear + heroic dying light, so I lost the 5% bonus and some stats in general to get to 1026. I dropped basically about 450 spell power raid buffed. On paper, that drop is very close to borderline trade off on 5 strong ticks vs 6 weaker ticks. So, with that said, my guess is that from a scaling perspective, the 5 ticks grew to be much higher in size enough to overtake the 6. Something to that effect. I got the highest output from doing roughly what was stated above. Opening would be roll 1 LB, rejuv, stack the others while in transit. Our disc priest PI'd me I popped tree and the talisman use right off the get go and was pretty much rinse and repeat. LB and Rejuv were the priority and filling as I could. I actually found that in situations where I had to run around, spamming the instant aspect of Rejuv was decent help.
Doing this on 10 man HM by yourself as a druid is pushing it, that's for sure. I screwed up the timing on popping hero too. First two times was like 10 seconds short of finishing her and stacks dropped at 99%. I am so used to doing this fight either pre 4.0 druid or on pally. It was very very frustrating to have almost full 277 gear not be able to push much beyond 28k hps. To further add to it, I swapped to my shammy tonight to do another ICC and destroyed her with 264 gear. Granted, I have a lot of mastery and over 1,300 haste, but the difference was sad. I had her to over 60% before the first portal phase on the shaman.
*sigh* Everything else about the druid 4.0 is great. The only real hang up I think I will have is HM LK, we got back to him Thursday for 10's, and I am not thrilled about 1 LB stack. I really was having my hands full with tanks in P1. *sigh* Starting to second guess my decision for druid as main.
BTW, all of this is 10 man, 2 healing resto druid/disc priest. Sorry for the rambling rant. I'm sort of all over the place on the druid right now. I carry like 400 different options for gear around with me. Seems very situational and I really don't have many 10 man druids to talk to. The ones I do know heal with a Pally or Shaman and don't have the issues I have. For clarification, I am not unhappy with the druid. Just frustrated with these 2 encounters and how our mechanic changes have impacted us.
Yes, I have now edited this 1025 times. *sigh*
