"According to this, it really is not worth stacking up haste above 6.325%."

So why would you reforge to 11.99% haste... Even with 8.67% haste your haste is to high and you would be better off looking for gear that could lower your haste. For now it would be recommended that you just reforge your haste away into something else.

Alright I concede this point. It does appear that hit and expertise have a very limited use in the mastery set. I now have reforged all the expertise away from my gear for future use, I still prefer to keep hit at a reasonable level for the other uses mentioned.

This is perfect and exactly the kind of addon I required and thank you for bringing it to my attention. I believe it will help make choosing ds a lot easier since watching dodges IMO is impossible, this sort of thing should be in the useful addons section.

Actually i am using Hurricane trinket to raid and i am seeing about 1 proc every 11sec. You can check my log from Chogall fight - Parse - Chogall. At dummies i got 3 to 4 procs per minute ( i will work out to post some parses of it too).

For those who do not know Hurricane proc its name is Lightning Strike

Actually he is correct, as he stated raid buffed. Without being raid buffed it would be:

1.05*1.03= 1.0815
1.125-1.0815= .0435

Meaning that 4.35% haste is the current amount needed with the Pyromaniac bug to hit the soft haste cap that we strive for while unbuffed. This is VERY easily attainable.

The fact that he is a Worgen further lowers the haste "milestone" for him.
A *lot* of that haste has to be reforged to crit.

Why would you ever reforge your second worst stat into your worst stat? Hit has a relatively high weighting after the yellow cap, so it's the best option in a situation like you are describing.

I'm wondering if Earthquake is even worth it. You can't possibly sustain very many casts of it in a boss fight. I find it completely unfeasible to use in add fights because of mana cost.

Are any high level shamans running a spec that leaves Earthquake out? If not, what is it actually used for besides trash?

I'm a Fire Mage. Since I started Cata I have been utterly confused as to what is most important for me. Between this site and countless others, mixed with conversations in chat, I am baffled as to what to reforge for, what gems to get, and what gear to keep or sell. Not to mention these things change when you talk about Raiding.

Can anyone clarify what I should be stacking up on? I thought it was mastery so my dots would burn harder on the mobs, then I was told that's the least important, I want to hit 516 Haste, then cap hit.

Any help would be appreciated and I'll browse the forums for more info.

Hello
How can i make the green circle of death and decay not disapear if i mistakenly press some other button before i click it on the ground?...basicly i click the button for ability, green circle apears but i also click blood boil if i aoe or some other ability and because of lag the click to place dnd didnt take or something now i have to click the damn dnd button again, how can i set it up so that once i press dnd the green circle wont disapear anymore untill i click it on the ground? I had this in WOTKL but reinstalled my client since and doesnt seem to work anymore. Thank you.
