With mastery being changed to 75% of main hand damage and being effective with combat potency, how will that affect its value now? Noticed this in the patch notes and thought id ask
I don't know if I should be saying this but where ever I look(in game that is), all the caster maces have been nerfed to like 2-218 dps (avg 47) with 2.3 speed. Have they already put in the nerf? If they have should we be looking at caster daggers with FT or just going back to agi MH with WF on it?
I think the heart of Ignacious item cache is messed up, but I couldn't work out how to fix it. It looks like rawr is only recognizing one of the two "special effects".
Furazoio, have you been able to reproduce those results, as you're the only rogue seeing truly positive results. I would like some harder data than one parse to see if it's truly worth it's cost.
I've only recently gotten the trinket, but I am also seeing it proc quite often, and even posted a parse and the log file in the Cataclysm Mechanics thread.
Did they change the names of Glyph of Ghoul and Glyph of Dark Death? My guild inscriptionist cannot find either of them in her book and she is maxed out on Inscription.
So this is my first time posting on EJ, been a long time reader though. I was curious as to which MH/OH weapon enchants to go with if you cant afford Landslide. I've looked around on here, but seem to be unable to get a solid answer. I DL rawr (again) and used it to check my personal character and its coming up with Berserking for MH and Executioner for my OH.
Anyone else able to shed some light on this? Also a funny note, with landslide put on my MH weapon, its showing that Executioner is still roughly 1-2 dps behind a second Landslide.
(landslide is obviously first, but i dont have access to such an enchant quite yet)
1) Mage Armor with glyph
2) spam arcane blast till ooom
3) use mana regen i.e. evocation and mana gem
4) use arcane blast till arcane missiles
5) repeat step 4 till fight is over

For Fire mage
timing is a major factor in fire period no matter what happens, start off with pyroblast, if done in a resonable time you hit the boss just as the tank grabs aggro
But rotation wise or main focus
Keep living bomb up
Use Hotstreak for Pyroblast
keep Frostfirebolt dot up
use Combustion AFTER you get all your dots on target
Thats about it you can pull substantual dps with it
for trash its easy target one use Pyroblast frostfirebolt then living bomb hopefully your fireblast prcs and it spreads to the rest of the targets

if DF is down use Ice lance it'll crit for like 16k almost all the time
