•Master's Call now has a 40 yards range, up from 25 yards. Cooldown reduced to 35 sec, down from 1 min.
•Concussive Shot now dazes the target for 6 sec, up from 4 sec.
•Black Arrow base damage has been reduced by 25%, down from 2400 to 1800.
•Explosive Shot now deals [ 20.5% of Ranged AP + 340 ] damage, down from [ 27.3% of Ranged AP + 454 damage ]
•Deterrence now increases the chance melee attacks will miss you by 100% instead of increasing your parry chance.
•Hunter vs. Wild now increases your total Stamina by 5/10/15%, up from 4/7/10%.
•Serpent Spread now affects up to 4 targets.
I thought I read somewhere that they were going to buff BM and MM and slightly nerf Surv. Well, no buffs for the other two, but Surv got hammered.
ES and BA take a 25% hit. Those two abilities account for roughly 35% of our total damage. Which means our total damage takes an (.35 * .25) 8.75% hit.
Additionally, serpent spread now hits up to 4 targets, instead of hitting everybody
I was thinking the other day about the usefulness of improved blood tap now that we can safely say that DW is no longer going to be viable, and we won't be needing the blood tap cooldown to activate dark transformation as frequently, Runic corruption being buffed into what will most likely end up being a near constant buff on ourselves, and with Scourge Strike only costing 1 unholy rune, could it be a DPS increase to make a macro that includes blood tap as part of our scourge strike cast? something along the lines of :

Would you think that the talents Last Word and Eternal Glory must be maxed out for 25 man raiding currently with the Tower of radiance and subsequent Light of Dawn nerf?

Reason being I had just gotten back from Iraq and missed release, finally got to 85 got full heroics gear and started raiding with my old guild. Right when I joined the raid i started getting harassed by another holy pal that my spec was wrong (i had used the cookie cutter build at the start of this forum with the last 4 points going into enlightened judgments, blessed life, and improved judgments). Another pally took his side and i told them to look at elitist jerks and they said EJ was wrong. They got the healing officer on their side and he said i had to leave. Do you think they were justified in that? My guess is that there were already 2 holy pals and they were "butt hurt" that another one has come so they found something they could just flip out about, and they overreacted to the tower of radiance/holy light nerf. thus their "right" spec. Been a long time reader of EJ and made a profile to ask this question as i respect the opinions of all here. thank you for reading.
Hopefully this is the right place to ask, as I don't want to enjoy a banhammer with my first post, but are there some real numbers regarding the stats priority of a Frost Mage? I can only find a general guideline ( int very important, crit losing importance after reaching the soft cap etc. ), but can't find real values in relation to each other as stated in the Fire Mage Compendium.
Edit: Disregard the first part, deleted it, changes to mastery are gonna be multiplicative not additive, but can't figure it out myself correctly. :'D

He is not capped in expertise and put almost everything into hit.
I think he is doing this on purpose. Could anybody please explain?
Another strange thing is that he is using [Glyph of Eviscerate] instead of [Glyph of Slice and Dice].
