Yeah I figured I should've included something along the lines of "min-maxing for the sake of min-maxing", and I agree and love the work done here. I guess with gear levels and the casualness of my current playtime, it comes down to personal preference. Thanks though.

What will the new EP value for Combat Mastery be now Main Gauche that it's been buffed on the PTR?

This is live. The heroic strike reversion i was talking about was when they changed the AP scaling from 75% ap to 93% but im pretty sure they implemented that.
I should also add that i do have the T11 2 piece set bonus which is probably why bloodthirst is beating raging blow on the PTR and melee damage on live.

What ur failing to realize is the reason u would start off with UP is cuz of the TON more KM procs, which would be nice considering we blowing our burst right away, more crits during burst = good. You would stay in UP depending on ur frost strike reactivation rune procs, ive had such good procs once i was in UP for 30secs because i was getting oblits back to back, once u reach 0 RP + deadzone (no runes up at all) is when u would switch to frost. And yes, GCD is 1sec (Blizz made GCD fall down to 1sec min. with haste)

I'm still trying to get a picture of this. At work so please correct me if I am wrong. Basically when the fight starts off I would be in UP as DW frost. Apply disease no runes on CD then str trink, PoF, ghoul, OB, BS, BS, RP dump, ERW, OB, OB, BT, OB, BS, Rune dump, OB, then switch pres? Trying to figure out the the rune CD's between customers so that last OB might be a BS.
If what I said above is correct for the opener then I will test it out tonight after switching specs again.

What i do is, Blood fury + pillar of frost + Blood tap then ghoul, then outbreak, blood strike, oblit spam until out of oblits or if rime procs i use rime > oblit just incase i can get a KM proc for my next oblit, then ERW then u get 3 straight oblits in a row, once again, if u proc rime, use rime cuz thats a chance u can get KM again for ur next oblit, after that u dump frost strikes hoping for more oblit procs, if u get em follow the usual rotation, if not, once u get down to 0 RP u hop into frost presence n do the usual. I do this n am guaranteed 24k+ dps everytime. (30k if i get good procs + golemblood potion and u can also throw n army in there)

Any answer to this? I really could use an addon that shows me the timeleft on my riptides IN grid, if at all possible... So i have a better idea of who to throw my chain heal on..
P.S. I don't like having the center icon as my riptide tracker because 1, it shows a clock counter and not a number like omnicc would and two... it takes up the debuff space which gride uses that I need to see for certain encounters.
Any help would be appreciated, ty!

It is working perfectly. Now I just want to include a code into this current code so if it is a mob, and the mob is alive, and it's tapped by someone else but me/party, I want the mob's whole name to turn into grey and have a little star * turn up in the end of the mob's name.
This code below should be a good start. I am sure this should be an easy task for you guiys. Really hope someone can help out. Thank you!

I'm not really understanding this new "Character Information". I'm a Draenei Shaman level 85 and my hit cap SHOULD be 16% right (1640 hit) and currently I'm at 16.89% and miss .11% on level 88's.
Am I over-capped for hit and the Character Information tab doesn't take into effect Heroic Presence or do i actually need to be 17%? 1% frees up a lot of extra dps if I'm over-capped. Thank you for your time.

@Martialbob : I'm wondering if I understand your numbers like I should. The Mastery stat weight (0.5) seems still incredibly low to me as it's still below any other stat.
Are you sure of these numbers? Thanks for sharing your sims anyway

Well, I'm definitely having more trouble against Fury than arms warriors as a clothie but since I geared to 3k resil I'm not so afraid as I was before of being burst down since most of my damage reduction does not come from armor. I found this biggest upgrade to warriors (In BGs) is their increased ability to close distance. They normally don't get the killing blow but they save many of their comrades from a few very nasty charged Arcane Blasts. Invaluable as a shock trooper in a BG setting in my opinion.

I'm using NeedToKnow to track DoTs and short cooldowns as Stuf doesn't do this.

It certainly does come down to personal preference, but to be honest the cost of reforging is virtually nil. This isn't "should I buy a darkmoon card for 45k in order to net a 100 EP increase over my blue." We're talking 200g or less to fully optimize your gear, which is less than the cost of two gems. Still personal preference, but there's hardly a reason not to.

Mastery is still showing at the bottom of the pile because it doesn't effect our scourge strike as of now.

As said in my above post this is why Mastery is still lowest stat
And yes, i've been running sims for the last two days, there all still showing mastery at the bottom, just below expertise
every once in awhile, especially if your an orc wearing an axe, mastery will become the same as or .01 higher then expertise
the value of Mastery has risen some, it was a .24 in 4.03, so its doubled in value... but still below all other stats.
