Pretty sure yep. Strength -> Haste -> Mastery -> Crit

Also, I think it was fairly obvious that Dreadblade (my name itself implies a weapon/melee effect) was going to affect Scourge Strike. Otherwise they weren't achieving any change, it was kinda like, we're going to take one DoT buff away from you and give it to you again in a more shitty, different fashion which removes FF. =P

Blue post on HoW damage. Seems to be a bug.

This is actually a bug. A very non-excessive, non-stealthy bug. There was small coding change in the latest PTR build that caused Hammer of Wrath, a ranged ability, to use ranged attack power instead of melee attack power. The change itself was completely unintended and has since been corrected.

That said, we're still watching paladin damage (both sustained and burst), and if we feel that further adjustments need to be made, Hammer of Wrath may actually be a good candidate.

Thanks for the post! I have always been an avid follower of the previous Dots and You threads.

Is it possible for someone with a better mathematical brain than I to break down a Stat Ratio as was done in the previous threads. I use Pawn and currently have basically this ratio

( Pawn: v1: "4.03 +Full": Intellect=4.19, CritRating=2.07, HasteRating=3.28, HitRating=5.01, MasteryRating=2.64, SpellPower=3.08, GemQualityLevel=81 )

Obviously the scale is going to "move" as gear changes, and the hit rating is useless past the hitcap, but it's been a valuable tool for comparing gear and for plugging into the online gear evaluator on LootRank.

-What the best time should use Vendetta when in combat with any boss ?

-Rupture and Evanom should not use overlap previous ?

-How many point for mastery and haste cap and expertise must be cap same hit right ?

sorry if question look stupid,I just start play wow fist time on cata and my first character is rogue

I got with a premade char on PTR today 15k dps over 5mio dmg time
With my own character 1k dps more then live. on the same build. ~ 13.5-14k dps Double Foe Reaper no T11 Setbonus aswell.
My Charater

I tryed out Max Hit / Max Mastery / Max Crit and its look like I'm still going for 20% hit then Max Str+Crit.
Well not lucky with drops atm. No Axe no Ashkandi so thats the max i can go.

haste question:

as mentioned in the destro thread, the first haste number to hit is 581 haste rating which is including dark intent. My question is:

Considering that the 3% from dark intent does not show up in your character screen does that mean that the 3% (384 rating) should be subtracted from the 581 for the number I want to see on my character screen?

So i noticed that i been doing way lower dps with fire then frost.

I have 6330 SP
19.55% crit.
5.04% haste.
T112 piece.

Trinket: stump and Bell(fire) Or whitching hourglass(frost)

btw my toon is Spiceynacos us-Medivh

Are the PVP weapon (359 daggers) for mutilate better for damage. Or should i stick with the 346 heroic were i dont lose stats to resil.

581 is the amount of haste rating you need to hit the 30% cap if you have ISF/DI/5%haste buffs up. So no you should not subtract the 3% from that rating because its allready used when they calculated that number.

As an addendum to what Binkenstein said, if you're really concerned about the .5 cooldown using an instant cast or CL will result in getting to that LvB slightly faster than casting another LB; I can't speak for the current raid situation but as long we've had LvB, I've held that if your mana allows it it is better to cast CL if LvB's cooldown would finish during the LB cast
