One of the major flaws in this thread is a) how Revealing Strike is recomended, and b) glyph choices due to this.
Using RvS
RvS should only be used when you have 4 combo points and are about to do a Rupture or Evis (it has no effect on SnD). Currently, it is estimated that you will only suffer a 100 DPS lose for not using RvS at all.

This is horribly untrue, RvS leaves a 15second debuff; meaning, you can get up SnD, then hit RvS for your first(or second, depending on Ruthlessness) then go on to SS until 5combo points, and rupture without it dropping off. Ofcorse it can be used anywhere before 5 combo points (and currently, pre-4.0.6, is not worth using after 5). having RvS active for EVERY finisher, rather than just some, (depending on Glyph of Sinister Strike) i would assume to be more of a dps increase, and a must for one of the 3 primary glyphs. I would like to see some data on glyph choices. Currently i see glyph of sinister strike a absolute must, hands down. Im skeptical about AR, due to it only being 5 extra seconds on a cooldown that i was only able to use 3 times on a 6 minute fight. I personally feel that Glyph of SS, glyph of RvS, and glyph of SnD are much better choices for sustained dps.
