ok so i have just been fiddling around with different specs, seems as MM is higher than SV right now

what i have not figured out yet is solid evidence on which stats are priority.
when i was SV before the patch it was crit, and i was reforging extra hit, mastery and haste all into crit
but now with the mastery update maybe mastery and haste > crit??

also, should kill command be in our rotation as well?
and why to hardcast aimed shot?

also i see some people taking off chimera from their bars and just using cobra shot instead to refresh SS.
seems there is no clear build, priority, or rotation

if there is please reply with one that is tested and proven

edit: a rotation that looks legit is glyphing for rapid fire, steady shot, and aimed shot

taking arcane shot out of rotation completely, and just doing steady shot (chimera when its up) and burn your focus on hard casting aimed shots

I'm not really following you on the tanking mace. It might be decent for an OH, but I'd wager cookie's tenderizer is going to blow it away as maces go. You'd have to sim it.

After looking at the EP values for trinkets, it shows [Mark of Khardros] being better than even License To Slay. Is this just a faulty value, or did the change in mastery really make this better?

[Mark of Khardros] = 864 ep value

[License to Slay] = 642 ep value

License to Slay should definitely be better if you can use all the hit rating. The EP calculation was probably being made while being hit capped or partially hit capped.

The feral druid is a different beast altogether.

Was thinking that scarlet fever might be worth having the points in it now for a fourth disease to have our attacks scale off of because of it being applied by blood plague and not blood boil. Was wondering if someone could run some numbers on this.

A friend asked me to post for him. He was asking that since blue maces are better due to the expertise bonus of dwarves. Would a tanking mace with a higher weapon dps be better than one of the blue maces that are better itemized for an enhance shaman.

Not sure if we're using different pieces or not.

The gear I'm using usually has master + 1 other stat. however, I'm favouring more of a Master/Stamina build. Though I might change my Chimera gems to pure master instead of Stamina.

I need to work on my reforges, trying my best to have a minimum of 5% hit and about 20 expertise, and with the current changes I feel like I need to be capped on both. Or else my STD's might not be applied, but yet at the same time, I'm not sure if it's worth the cost of that extra DS.

What do you guys think about Crushing Weight vs. License to Slay after the patch - does the hard STR benefit more even with the haste proc now that HIT value is lessened?

I raided today on my shaman, did a little testing beforehand. on use spirit trinkets were not working with mana tide, however jar was, and it also worked out to be 500%(100% higher than the tooltip) which oddly enough was the same % higher as it was post patch. i never saw anyone mention anything about how the tooltip said 350% but in reality gave 450%.

also as for the buffs, i feel like i can tinker with my spec and the way i combine spells(focus + unleashed) but it doens't seem to help all that much in compairison to the other classes. i think we're still way behind all of the other healers by a lot, chimaron is the only fight where our class shines.

i've tried gemming all int, all haste, all spirit(as i am right now to play around with being a mana battery) maybe i should just switch to a tank healer role, being able to hit a 55k+ GHW on the tank is pretty baller for known incoming damage

Any info on how quality bear tanks evolve with the changes would be greatly appreciated... I am guessing we will need to drop some reforged dodge for another stat. But any advice from you guys/gals that are good with the math will be greatly appreciated... well back to rawr to see what I can find.
