Unlike Sun_Tzu said, both the offhand stats and enhancement are working currently, but I've already submitted bug report and this will be most likely fixed "soon". I do agree with Jessamy, but I thought this was worth sharing if someone wants to play with it.

Managed to pick up a set of Woe Breeder's Boots pretty cheap, a good deal below the usual price on my server. I'm currently using heroic Greaves of Wu the Elder, but I'm still on the fence about if I should use the Woe Breeder's boots or resell them... How do they stack up compared to Treads of Savage Beatings and Massacre Treads? I'm thinking generally Massacre > Savage > Woe Breeder's? If the general consensus is that Woe Breeder's are the worst of the bunch by a decent amount I'll probably sell them off, just wanted to get another opinion before doing so

After last patch I have a hard time to figure out what specc to go with in raids. Is it still frost for single target fights and fire for the rest of the fights?

Hi guys,

I´ve got a question about mastery on shadow priests on patch 4.0.6a.
On my shadow priest I´ve got 6730 spell power (with Inner Fire), Hit cap, 23.28% (1792) Haste and 10.22 Mastery.
So my question is may I after patch reforge more to mastery and if yes, how high should be my mastery.

I have problems to sort out information since this thread is really, really rich. Too much information to take out of all those pages.

Do you know when this topic will be updated for the 4.0.6 release ?
Rawr tells me that all my haste must be reforged into crit since the 4.0.6. But I thought that with the up of Shred, haste would be improved since spaming shred would be easier with some haste.
With the new shred, is FB still usefull to upgrade our dps or is it a waste of energy ? (While the Boss' not under 25% health of course)

Very good guides etc but i rly have to wish for something..

Why in gods name do everyone have to make things so damn complicated ?

Its % here and % there all over , cant u just break it down so even children (and me) understands it ?

For example.

As a frost DK i dont think you have to hit the hard cap for hitrating , it will only cramp your DPS (in wotlk anyway)
Hard cap back then was like 6xx or something , and i made the effort to hit it...

Then a very good friend told me that it was to much and that i should reforge/gem str instead and go with 170 hitrating (or something like that)

Well well i improved my DPS with 4k only by doing that...

So what im hoping for is something that looks like this.

Haste xxx
Hit xxx
Crit xxx

Just give us the numbers and i will be alot easier to maximize our DPS.

I might sound like a retard , but atm i have NO IDEA what im supposed to reforge..
Sure i know in what order i should priority them , but i dont know how much to put down into them...

Here is my question with the 4.0.6 and haste value being more than crit do we want to stack haste or kinda keep haste and crit in about even % ?

Which spect is best only for 1 target?
I am using Destro and demo and i rly dont know where i do more damage.
On dummy i do more damage whit destro when in hc i do more whit demo

Sorry if this has already been discussed, but it appears that my blood shield is only absorbing physical damage.
If this is indeed the case, then one of the main arguments for mastery over avoidance (that mastery helps mitigate magical damage) is a moot point.

just added mw4lb right above ES in priority list anf got +124dps. any reasons why do you ignore it?

This is from the Cataclysm Fire Mage Compendium and it answers your question, at least if you are fire:

Haste now has a higher relative value compared to Crit/Mastery. Ignite Munching devalues Crit and Mastery considerably. Please remember that the relative values listed here are for very geared 372 players. Haste might be slightly weaker than crit with lower levels of gear. You need to run Rawr / Simulationcraft with YOUR character - to find out whether Haste is slightly better or worse than crit for YOU.

hi,

what i dont get is.. do i reforge Mastery to Hitrating?
So iam Expertise capped
Iam at Yellow Hit Cap
Now all goes to Haste
And when not haste then Hitrating till i capped at Spellhit?

What do you mean when you say "it is not truncated?"

Do you think BF will be nerfed soon?
