Couple of questions I have at the moment, do you guys switch glyphs on a per fight basis?

E.g. remove the HotR glyph for single target fights? and what do you replace it with? SoT, Judgement, CS?

Also are you guys favoring SoT glyph now that our HPo generation has been decreased?

Hi All. Can someone please explain on why we put 1 point to DS talent if we are not including it into our rotation?

Where can I find a reliable fire mage BiS list (that takes into account the new patch changes and the new calculation on ignite munching)?

It's for 5+ mobs with Trash and needed to get Zealotry. DS is a good investment in damage potential, it's actually somewhat on par with others classes.

Thanks, I understand that, but "trash" isn't a big problem tbh, and 5+ isn't somthing we see too frequently. Shouldn't we use that one point to, say, Eternal Glory or EFE? What I want to say is: "If we are gonna use DS only 3 times during 5 hours raid shouldn't we just skip it?"

EfE should already be full talented even with DS.

Be careful who you join up with. This was said to someone who raided with them for months and had serious medical issues to deal with and told them she couldnt raid on a non raid night. After being called names she left without saying a word and this is what greeted her on their website when she went to delete it from her favorites.

With Divine storm, aoe in boss encounters becomes viable too, i.e maloriak abberations, vile swills, halfus adds if you are aiming for some aoe dps(it gives great healing that way aswell).

To my knowledge you cannot give someone the dmg buff and cancel the threat transfer in one button click.

When you first cast tricks of the trade, you gain a buff on yourself for 20 sec (if I recall duration correctly) that will trigger next time you deal dmg. After triggering the original buff disappears and the target of your tricks gains a damage buff and you gain a threat transfer buff. So if you cancel tricks of the trade as soon as you apply it then you will get rid of the trigger buff and never activate the damage on the target.

I use two macros. One casts tricks on targetoftarget or focus or playername depending on situation and the second cancel aura on tricks of the trade so the threat transfer is canceled.

I'm at work now so I can't check my exact syntax, but I think its "/cancelaura Tricks of the Trade".

Taken from the tanking thread's OP:
The best spec for L85 endgame raid tanking, which has a survival bias is 31/6/2 +2 (wowhead).

Two spare points: put them in Abomination's Might, BCB, Virulence or Crimson Scourge. Most endgame raid tanks think Crimson Scourge is a waste of points.
My question is, why no mention of Unholy Command for easier clutch taunts?

I was considering this as a tank who does a lot of 5man pugs.

Is it wrong to think that UC could prove more useful in this context than any of the above abilities?

Yesterday I picked up [Claws of Torment] which got me curious to whether or not it would be worth using [Claws of Agony] along with it, in order to get the set-proc.

The only information I've been able to gather here is that the set-proc has a 45sec icd.
The agility you give up using [Claws of Agony] would obviously be a big loss, has anyone ran any sims on this particular setup and would the proc outweigh the steep agility loss?
