I was doing to testing on a dummy the other day and experimented with living bomb on and off the target. I noticed that the average ignite with living bomb on the target displayed on combustionhelper as 3000-4000 and without living bomb on the target i averaged 7000-8000.

Heres the question: would we see an increase in dps if we did not use living bomb on the target (unless AOEing or using combustion) due to the bigger ignites or is it worth chancing the higher rate of munching with living bomb on the target?

I'm terrible with SimC so can someone run some simulations and figure this one out with different stats emphasized (i was thinking mastery would come in handy with less munching).

Like Treyce said, atm if you pvp like it should, it's rare you find someone with less than 3k+ res, at that point you can't crit for 70k, not even close.
Well if we see it right, atm boomkins are used alot less for what we liked in arenas or rated bgs cause.. well.. pretty much everything can wtfpwned us hard and fast

Will this 5% increase make a difference to the hit>haste>crit>mastery priority list or is not enough?

Shadow Mastery has nothing to do with the mastery stat on gear.

The loss of 15% haste was apparently enough to make BoD better since BoA scales with haste and BoD doesn't.
Possible that with BoA glyph in 4.1 it can surpass BoD again even though I would miss those 80k+ dot ticks.
