Going back over the data I had in fact got some of the ICD data wrong and so I've redone the DPS calculations and have the following table;
Trinket pair - DPS
The trinket data I used in the spreadsheet is:
Trinket - Static Stat Gain - Proc'd Stat Gain Averaged
Apparatus - 383 strength - 383 mastery
Vessel - 383 strength - 385 crit
Essence - 383 mastery - 255 strength
Rage - 321 expertise - 285 mastery
Weight - 312 strength - 285 haste
A few things to note that until these trinkets are modelled in SimC I cannot run a patchwork simulation as I don't have the knowledge to add items to SimC's coding and as such I am averaging all the stat gains of the trinkets and adding them to the ret spreadsheet. Whilst this does give a good estimate of the value of the trinkets against each other and a reasonable look at the possible DPS gains from them it does force a few notes on the trinkets as follows;
Apparatus - This trinket must be used as soon as it off cooldown and 5stacks of Titanic Power must be used every time. This also assumes mastery is your highest rating when raid buffed.
Vessel - This valuation does not take into account the ramp up time of requiring 5 critical melee strikes and the 'buff' must never fall off during the fight.
Essence - This trinket must be used as soon as it comes of cooldown every time.
Rage - Again this trinket must be used as soon as it comes of cooldown every time.
Weight - Again this trinket must be used as soon as it comes of cooldown every time.
