Something I haven't seen talked about very much is how completely abysmal a lot of the choices for holy talents are.
I've messed around with a lot of different specs over the past few months, trying different combinations of Blessed Life, Eternal Glory, and Pursuit of Justice (along with varying amounts of points in enlightened judgements and improved judgement). The end result being that they are all pretty garbage, but we're forced to pick between them.
ToR is another talent that is just extremely underwhelming. Even on a fight that favors it (at least for our set up), Nefarian, where I'm the only healer on the nef tank in p1 and I'm the healer chasing the kite tank around in p3, so I get tons of direct heals on my beacon, ToR give terrible returns for 3 talent points. On our Nefarian kill last night, I gained 16 HP from ToR over an 8.5 minute fight. I cast 204 spells, 5 of which were made "free" ("free" because those three HP cost about 23k mana in DLs) from ToR... So a 3 point talent investment nets me about 90k "free" healing over an 8.5 minute fight (which is less than 2% of my healing for the fight).
I look at my wife's resto druid, and she has the problem of her last set of talents are all really good and has to decide which ones she wants to gain the benefit from (furor/moonglow/genesis), rather than my situation where I have to decide which talents I want to dump my last 6 points into as they are all essentially a waste.
Out of ToR, EG, PoJ, and BL, EG ends up being the least bad of them all for fights where you can't LoD frequently (I raid 10 man), but becomes very weak on fights where you can LoD a lot. BL is a complete waste of 2 talents. I think I gained a max of 5 HP from any one encounter for the three weeks I ran with it. Same for PoJ, although it's benefit more lies in the speed increase.

Last week's Nef log shows even worse results for ToR (probably because we our our usual healer line up and I had to do less healing).
