I think that shaman stats have become a little too situational in many fights to be rated as easily as in wotlk. I have no numbers to back my thoughts up, and would love it if people could prove me right or wrong.
I thinkeach stat of mastery, haste and crit adds something to shaman healing, but none can be said to be better than the other so generally anymore. In my view, mastery is only useful when people are at low health, and with good hots, or fast heals this may not happen alot, but gives good mana efficiency to spells. Haste makes for fast heals, which are useful but are not as needed as in wotlk, as people do not seem to drop dead quite so fast, it also gives better hps, but lower mana efficiency. Crit gives some mana back, and bigger heals, both very useful, but because there is no controlling when these occur, the stat itself can vary in usefulness from heal to heal. I personally think that depending on raid set up, or playstyle, different combinations of these would be good. I believe this would be best as no single stat can fit every situation you see in raiding.
For example, I really like haste, I like faster heals, so I can move when needed and still get a heal off, or catch people who are dropping with more mana efficient heals than HS. However this costs too much mana to do on some fights, and I am currently trying out more crit and spirit in combination to high haste, to try and find that balance for me.
Basically I think that haste, mastery, and crit all have different uses now, and fall into their own niches, so I would say utilize them all for the best outcome.

I may be missing something, but with the RB 20% increase gone, I don't see how the mastery nerf is a scaling buff. We simply lost 6 mastery points, nothing else changed.

Its really nice, feels really good on the hand. What I do is I use 1-6 (I rest my hands over 2,3,4) and use my thumb to press 7-= on the mouse, it takes a while to get used to it but it opens up a bit of bindings.
Now we should probably get back on topic as this is a Tanking forum not a mouse forum :p

FS_UEBuff on Rotation problem
Well... i was thinking about the rotation and that is problaby something that changes a lot for me, i mean i was raiding The Bastion of Twilight and there i got a little MAD, sad about my guild. So i start to pay attention on the next boss, in case Valiona and Theralion and i got best DPS there and maybe cause i got the right rotation. Should i use FS with UE when its up? Can i use ES after a UE? Whats the best thing on this rotation?
All this "rotation problem" is on UE and FS or ES
I was using FS_UE Buff - ES when UE is on CD - UE and then use ES again - After when is back UE i hit with FS Buff again
(Here basically alternate UE with FS buff first and ES after)
PS: Im posting just cause i didn't get this yet and after read some threads this just make me more confused about this. I accept any hint or something like that on my stats or gear and sure... on my rotation.
Already thanking for all,
Grulk.

Hey I have a sort of off-topic question here. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there some patch or hotfix that removed the internal cd from windfury weapon procs? I could have sworn there was, but on the first page it says there's still one. Unless they added it back in, cus I noticed that on the first page it's a 3 second cd, and if my memory serves me well, it used to be 4 second cd. I dunno, was just wondering if there was this change that I missed, cus I try to keep track of every hotfix and such, but the removal of the 2minute shared cd on both Elementals got past me, so I wouldn't be surprised if I missed this too.
