i have been working abit on some best in slot lists, but im wondering on what will be best..

i made a Mastery build there looks like :

chardev 8 - WoW Cataclysm

and a Haste build :

Its a main hand equip only, so you could only use one. Off hand BIS is [Lava Spine]

Has anyone tried as a goblin to do 2/3 pathing with 3/3 Frenzy with the goblin racial. It looks like if you have 1200+ Haste you can still fit the rotation very tight in under a 200ms latency.

First of all I apologize if this is seen as a sad question, but I'm finding myself in a bit of a pickle. I currently am deciding whether to switch out my current chest out with the tier 11 piece, or to switch my gloves to the t11 piece. I used Shadowcraft, and found the chest seemed better. But, I would like to have some professional advice before I make the switch. Thank you

Hey all! I just wanted to first say that i'm Demo, Hit Capped before I go off into the discussion. So, I was doing some tests on Nefarion. First I tested Theralion's Mirror. I timed meta with procs, and did some dps until it proced. Then I tested Soul Casket. The thing you get out of Soul Casket is reliability and you don't have to wait for a proc to pop Meta.
I concluded that the trinkets were nearly the same DPS, but when Theralion's didn't proc right away I did lower DPS. When I used Soul Casket, I couldn't pop my Engineering gloves enchant until Soul Casket's buff fell off. Both of these seem a little problematic. Personally i'm choosing to go with Soul Casket purely for reliability. Has anyone else encountered similar problems? If so, what did you do to deal with them?Anyways i'll be interested to see what results yall get! Thanks.
