I would strongly suggest avoiding mp5 even if you're mana starved. Intellect and spirit will serve you better. Intellect is a better mana regeneration stat than mp5 because of replenishment and evocation, and both give some crit as well.

Though I'd just suggest upgrading gear normally and not worry too much about mana regeneration at all. It will improve with higher itemlevel gear which has natural higher int levels. You'll also probably pick up some decent gear with spirit anyway. (tier gear and a few others)

Using the UP it ps bs bs ob fs fs ob it it ob fs fs fs rotation I've been using UA without blood tap, as it normally royally screws with an already tight rotation. So when UA is off cooldown it looks like this:

You need 5% hit to not miss normally in PvP. Some classes have talents that raise this cap a bit, but the hard rule is 5%. Some people go higher, some people go lower. You should at the very least, be at 5%. That's around 164? Or 166? Hit rating. I don't remember exactly.

A Druid that's can roll HoTs is pretty much unkillable by a single Rogue. My suggestion is stack as many things as possible and pressure at proper times. I open up with Garrote, Mutilate, Rupture, Mutilate, SnD, and let my energy build up. And then CB Evis when low. I don't think there really is a set in stone strategy, but feel as you go.

Castsequence macros like the one you are requesting are a blight upon humanity that should be avoided at all costs. You will NEVER get the DPS from a ridgid macro that you will from a fluid, adaptable rotation.

So...i downloaded rawr a few times, hoping this would fix over about a month and it didn't

Everytime I have downloaded and ran rawr, it lists naxx and sarth and maly gear as better than anytihng from ulduar, t.7.5 better than 8.5

The nerf to ArmP for me personally is great , makes gearing for both specs much easier and more viable to swap depending on the fight, one issue im having atm is expertise between the two, if u try and gem your muti gear for expertise cap you get major issues in combat gear hitting 28-30 expertise maybe more if you where capped, been sitting at 16 expertise now so when i switch to combat then im capped which ironically isn't the spec i want to be capped. Probably with more interchangeable gear it wont be such a problem since the Bis gear doesnt need to gem expertise for mutilate.

I've been reading Elitist Jerks for a long time but since patch 3.1 is online I've managed to get a lot of problems with my warrior, especially when it comes to arms. I've been leveling as a fury and I've been raiding as a fury but I never played arms in my whole lifetime at WoW, so maybe you can help me out.
I know that arms runs better when wielding a two-handed weapon but I prefer to dual wield (fury-habit ^^'), so my question is what hitcap and maybe what pros and contras are given if you run on DW arms or not.

Currently my equip is completely fury-like and I know I have to get sockets with ArP because ArP scales 0.1 points better then Str, if I'm right.

Which is lame IMO, there's nothing "epic" or "hero" about us, we're just another hybrid. Basically a ret paladin married with a warlock. Now mind you I stopped playing a year ago and only recently came back, I didn't get to play a death knight for the opening or first few months of WotLK, in fact I only hit 80 a few days before 3.1 came out. So there's probably something I missed there that the rest of you got to feel and enjoy, but the class doesn't feel any more amazing than any of the other classes. I ENJOY it more, the playstyle most certainly suits my nature more than the warlock or warrior I raided with previously, but I still don't feel anything really "special" about it.

DW Arms is not viable.
To gem arp you need 30% arp and around 3k ap ungemmed, so you are lacking some gear still.

The epic and heroic part mostly involves a killer starting zone and quest-lines and skipping 55 levels.

and here is the problem. blizz try to nerf our dps to be similar to the other hybrids. but on the other hand all dps-hybrids, even some pure dd's, have more raid-support then the dps-dk's (ok blood has two, but frost and unholy only has one). so if our dps get nerfed because we are - OMG - in the top of the meters for 3 or 4 bosses out of 14, then we are not competitive to other hybrids and
doomed to sit out.
edit: horn isn`t a real unique-support, cause you don`t need a special dps-dk (all dk`s are able to do so), all shamans have the buff and the most important thing: one enhancer and nobody cares about our stupid horn.

I'm just starting to gear my freshly 80 rogue, who will be replacing my resto shaman as my main becuase I fell in love with the class.

Is there a good gearing guide you guys could recommend, something with a basic path of ideals to get before naxx?

I've followed this thread and haven't seen this build tested. Perhaps i missed it, but it seems at first glance that 3 points in unholy power would be worth more dps than soul leech & imp soul leech if your raid already has replenishment.
