Due to the amount of replies, I might have just missed it, but is there a recommended talent point setup and glyph setup for pvp or is it the same as what's listed? also is there a certain rotation that is more beneficial than others? everything i've ben trying doesn't seem to work.

Items that can fizzle because of level, for example:

Horned Viking Helmet
Use: Charge an enemy, knocking it silly for 30 seconds. Also knocks you down, stunning you for a short period of time. Any damage caused will revive the target. Chance to fizzle when used against targets over level 60. (30 Min Cooldown)

What are the probability to fizzle against level 85 players?

Is elemental really gimped dps wise vs other dps classes? I've tinkered about for the last two weeks with my elemental shaman and i simply cannot pull > 16.1k dps on raiders training dummy (average over 10 mins rotation). Rotation is pretty much as per the OP with a few amendments like forcibly refreshing flame shock if volcanic destruction is about to drop and saving elemental mastery for volcano or trinket procs. I've not used bloodlust in my dps testing.

Should I really only be pulling 16k dps on a single target? it seems awfully low (ok i used to play mage as a main so i might be coming down to the real world but really....16k.... I feel so gimped that im at the bottom of dps tables in raids). All my gear is > 359 and some HC. Would gear simply be the problem at this stage?

The 4piece setbonus for arms/fury warrios seems very weak for fury(mainly for SMF) compared to arms. Has someone noted this on the official feedback thread already?

Reading through both the Affliction and Demonology threads and running my own Simcrafts, I still cannot figure out at what point I should start prioritizing Mastery (for Demo) and Crit (for Aff) over Haste.

I am currently in full 359 Raid Gear and slowly attaining 372 pieces. My haste for both specs is around 2000 or 15.65%, with 15.28 Mastery for my Demo gear set (Haste>Mastery>Crit), and 12.22 Crit chance for Aff gear set which is still incomplete (Haste>Crit>Mastery).

Because I have reached the second soft cap for haste, do I now prioritize the other 2 stats with new 372 gear that I get? Also should I already be prioritizing the other two stats over haste?

I'm not sure if this really works but on Chimaeron when we all stack up during feud/when bilotron is offline, if some people are dead I use Mirror Images so that the damage gets spread to my Mirror Images too, which helps raid and healers.
