Discussion on this between posts 658 and 661 between Coldmeaty, Darian_Trublade and JamesVZ, though the debate seemed to have derailed. Essentially the theory at the time was that 1/2 or 0/2 Booming Voice was less detrimental to the fury rotation. It netted less rage through use, but the "effective" uptime of the 2P buff was better (1.5 GCD after cast for 4.5 sec 2/2, 7.5 sec 1/2, 10.5 sec 0/2) though I'd be curious to read any additional numbers.
I know Im probably gonna get an infraction for double posting but haven't found the answer trough searching and no one answer in the other thread. For Sinestra is it worth reforging out of haste as combat?
There was also some commentary at the top seemingly directed at us (and others) being "middle of the pack" to which the response seems to be, "Yup, we know but we're fine with that."
This is a depressing type of comment to come from Blizzard, they know we are greatly underplayed at the top tier of content, that our dps is below 80% of the other classes/specs, and that their is basically no point in having rogues in HM content, when our job is done better by warriors/dks/ferals. And yet it seems they are going to do nothing about it, except a paltry 5% dps buff, which changes nothing.
I was hoping I could get a little help on my gear. I use EJ frequently to try to keep my boomy up to date but I have relatively low dps. I assume it can get higher as I'm pulling about 13k/ps. Could someone with some experience give me a hand at putting together what wrong with my gear aside from the obvious that a few of my pieces are still 353 and not 359. Also a suggestion as to where I can get a good weapon/offhand combo.
a link to my gear. Any help would be appreciated. Pheonixfyre @ Turalyon - Game - World of Warcraft I should mention that I have lowered my hit rating to be 1746 instead of the 1933 if it doesn't update by the time viewed.

Reason: added link/ explanation
I have done raid encounters with as low as 1600 hit rating and would not miss a single time. Is it really necessary to achieve hit cap? Obviously it would be a dps loss if you were hard casting a Soul Fire and it missed, but then again you might miss while casting a fel flame.
I just feel uncertain about how much hit you really need to have.
Don't know if something like this was propose here already, I would like to bring up two options from our blood shield that are being debated in official forums to all maths wise lords to entertain you doing some theorycrafting:
1) Shield functions like barskin instead of WP:S, but instead of giving a percentage damage reduction, it keeps the rought damage absorb number.
Example: the shield absorbs X points of physical damage throu 10 seconds PERIOD. It can be overwritten by a better shield but only for its initial duration.
This way, BS would give a very constant damage mitigation sacrificing the construction of a bigger and acumulative shield.
2) Shield functions as Savage Defense: a low percentage of damage recieved converted to shield, it can stacks as actual shield but instead it would proc from any attack landing on a mob with OUR diseases (or from a chance of any attack). This way, you could shield (or have a chance to shield) yourself with an icy touch or a DC when boss is not in a melee situation (Atramedes airphase)
> How important is having 1742 hit rating really?
As long as the weighted stats for your char are : int > hit > others => go for hit instead of other
If you have the weights ordered like : int > others > hit => go for other instead of hit
Hi all, first time poster here. I have been having issues with multi target aggro when raid tanking, and threat in general, do any of you have any suggestions to help eliminate the issue. currently my guild is raiding 10man BWD, BOT, and Council.
Badger - If you need a rune fast burn your Empower Rune Weapon, ERW. It will reactivate all your runes and give you 25 RP.
Caitlynn - Rune strike, and Heart strike. They both hit multiple targets. Get ALL the diseases on one target then pestilence to spread them, Keep spreading them whenever they get low on the main target. This is all basic tank info in the front of the forum.
