I still dont see the point of a "pre-T12-hardmode" best in slot list.
There is probably no raidgroup/guild in the whole world of worldcraft which on the one hand can (and actually DOES) kill Sinestra on a regular basis but on the other hand doesnt do any T12 bosses on heroic difficult. And even if there is one, it would be highly unlikey that a DPS DK gets the best T11-content tank necklace.
So while this list is probably "technically correct" it should be changend to a generic "pre-hardmode" best in slot list to actually be usefull for people.

I've read over almost all of the thread from 4.2 forward, and I am really just curious the viability of Shadowfrost in the current raid tier vs. Normal 2h and DW frost along with maybe even Unholy.

I might be mistaken, but wouldn't the draenei racial(1% hit) require a different setup for its BiS?

it should be covered in the same gear with different reforging. it may also be worth swapping the boots to arachnaflame treads.

"Shadowfrost" is just a playstyle with one glyph swap. It is "viable" on add or major cleaving fights but falls behind significantly on single target encounters.

I use it with a mastery stack specifically on Rhyolith heroic where there are many, many adds that need to die as quickly as possible.

Could you explain what the difference is between block value and block chance? its probs a stupid question but would help me understand it better

And yeah i agree most probably would argue that its not worthless but was trying to make a point that 141 stamina isn't that great over more avoidence

Block value increases the amount a single block prevents. IIRC the eternal meta will bring it from blocking 30% (or 50% with holy shield up) to 31%/51%.

If so, on the right side.... click "Chart" -- "Item Budget" (you might have to scroll down).

That's show you how much dps each 'set' of stat contributes.
