(that was epic...) , changing a gem resulting to meta-gem loss and /panic mode, what item should i use in x slot, asking a question that has been answered in previous posts and now this about making a spreadsheet for a patch before it goes live. I can understand your anger and it's utterly justified. Rules exist for these forums as far as i know and you indeed have Questions and Answers in the begining of this thread people who use it should read. Can anything more be done? Because it really started getting annoying.

While this might seem a bit hypocritical, backseat moderating is just as annoying as it adds as much to the thread as the poorly thought out posts they are slamming - nothing.
Let me play Devil's advocate and try to examine why there are so many new posters and readers to a site that is actually a guild forum that they don't belong to. The stock answer on any class forum when the subject comes up about rotations, gear and theorycraft is "go to EJ". While the folks on here are in large part responsible for pointing out how to get the most out of playing your class, they've become a victim of their own success, with now everyone pointing to them for answers. Many people sent here have little or no idea of who EJ are and what they do, in their defense they could think it's some site that has all the answers and is made up of people who do nothing but answer questions on your given class.
While the people on here are very helpful with their findings, and the occasional new poster adds something constructive to the thread, it's still a site made up of players that raid and have jobs just like you. That being said, it's the internet, you're going to have people with the now regular ADD that don't read stickies or feel the 5 seconds to search for something isn't worth their time when they can just ask a question that may have been answered numerous times before and type "so sorry" as an apology for their laziness.
In short, let the moderators worry about it, and just ignore the useless posts. The only alternative is to make joining the forum much harder and until that becomes less work than moderating it will be as it is. While I'm at it I'd like to thank the folks here for their tireless effort and generosity.
