Hi,

Did you know the best combination between these 5 trinkets for a warrior fury ? (Rawr and Simcraft give me some different results...)

1) License to Slay : [License to Slay]
2) Heart of Rage : [Heart of Rage]
3) Apparatus of Khaz'goroth [Apparatus of Khaz'goroth]
4) Essence of the Eternal Flame [Essence of the Eternal Flame]
5) Dwyer's Caber [Dwyer's Caber]

My rotation for boss fights is like this:

SerpS > BA > ExS > 3XCoS > AS > ExS > 3XCoS > AS > ExS etc....

During L&L it's 3X ExS with 2-3 AS afterwards due to focus build during L&L. When looking over damage the 3X ExS (not allowing the full ticks) nets 50k+ damage depending on crits in 3 seconds (50k being with 1 good crit) while the 3X AS afterwards only nets 30k or so with a good crit.

Would that rotation be bettered by a L&L rotation of ExS > AS > AS > ExS or something similar?

At the moment I am round abouts 26-28k DPS on stationaries and 14-18k on AspectoftheFox movements.

Anyone that has current access to the spreadsheets that could tell me if that's just retarded or viable? (I am at work, no access at the moment.)

Why you put Serpent Sting and Black arrow Before explosive? the opener of our rotations is always Explosive/BA/SS

Ok I have been wondering, will crit overcome haste at some point? I got 2590 haste rating (30%, additional tick of UA)
and now the question, schould I continue to stack more haste or start to focus on critical strike rating? Which would be more benefical for my dps? Opinions and tips are welcome. Ou and I am an affli warlock btw and ofc hit caped.

I read that it was better to fire BW before ES, so as to maximise the chance of getting an immediate LnL proc. On the other hand I've always opened with ES to get it on CD as fast as possible (unless I am worried about instant aggro, in which case I do SS, BA, Ex).

Sadly Alisarae is in PvP gear on the armory right now, so I can't see how his haste ties up with his rotation, which means I can't tell how much he's pushing back Ex on that standard rotation (if at all). However on the 3x Explosive question the sim thread is suggesting that Explosive is now refreshing rather than clipping the DOT, in which case firing 3 explosive back to back is the best damage output. I've not tested that myself yet though.

Maybe to increase damage to the target by 10% if he has 2/2 in noxious stings?? I for one always open with Serp, ES then BA and spam CS till ES is off cd...

you will always gain more dps releasing the explosive first, cd explosive delay by throwing the first serpent is going to cause what is at the end of about 5 minutes for example, have less of explosive shot, which translates less dps, even with the 2/2 in noxius stings.

So I recently snagged T12 Shoulders and Hands, giving me 2 piece bonus. However, right now I am unsure which benefits me more, having 4 piece T11, but with less INT, but more mastery (soon to change once i get tier 12 legs next week), or should I go ahead and keep the T12 setup, with Legs of Billowing Fire, which puts me just at 17.08% hit, with reforging?

I did a bit of testing, and I noticed that I do an average of 200 more damage on AB no stack/proc/buff with Tier 11 set because of the mastery. However, the Tier 12 Mirror Image does roughly 28k damage each time it spawns.

Now I am unsure on which to use! If anyone can help me, that will be awesome!

EDIT: The bracers do indeed have the +50 INT enchant on them.

Armory fixed including the Survival spec I always run.

I never really thought about the opening burst for the meter padding by starting with ExS..... The way I start my rotation is to get up talented bonuses before the first ExS goes off. That inital burst DPS pad with ExS is just that, a padding. I just completed 2 5Mil damage tests on a raiding dummy and had such a small DPS difference in starting with ExS vs SS that I couldn't really tell for 1 and have no care in the world about the 1 second GCD making ExS my second shot. And I am certainly not going to fire off ExS and BA both without the Noxious Stings buff up.

Another thing I have been doing differently is;
I have seen a couple posts where people are saying they have about 10-15 AS during a 5 minute fight. I have about 35 and that's with the L&L proc'd 3X ExS rotation. I don't know what I am doing wrong there either.

Another thing;
I would never consider using SerpS glyph over AS glyph. With the number of AS I push out per fight, I can't imagine 6% extra crit chance on a severely low crit damage in the first place would match a 25 - 30k damage Arcane Shot, unless you got a very large string of non crits on AS. And with Essence of the Cyclone, that just doesn't happen for me.

I don't even know if I am doing anything wrong (except that I still don't have a couple of my pieces enchanted). I guess I have just become lazy or something and fine with near 30k DPS on a stationary fight (that isn't Halfus).

Given that RaidBots is giving top 25 normal median survival dps as 23,958, with 24,727 average, and that you are mostly using T11 gear I think you are doing extremely well! I wouldn't claim an average as high as yours on stationary 25N fights. In fact I'm going to try out your approach to LnL procs!

Concerning the two posts above me: Landsoul and also Verdisha from Paragon play with "Essence of the Eternal Flame" and i can't imagine why. This trinket is so much weaker than any of the other available STR trinkets. The only reason i could consider it to use it, is the on-use effect, that can be lined up with DW/Reck but as the cooldowns of this and DW aren't fitting (1 min and 2,4 min) it shouldn't be a very good trinket... oh well, is that really enough to bypass H:HoR?

At what point does the DPS from BoD exceed BoA? Is BoD better after only 15 seconds? 30? or does it take the full minute to stronger than BoA?

This dosent really make sense to me at all. With the Tier gear, it is loaded up with haste even though said in prior post, haste is the worst stat for retadins. I've run askmrrobot and rawr, both saying that I should reforge some into haste? Is it good to have some haste or attempt to reforge away from all it as much as possible.

I hope this doesn't come off as ego stroking or something. It probably will. It's just how it happens to be though. And yes I sort of have no life. Work a parttime job to pay the bills, pretty much WoW the entire rest of my life away. I don't even know how to look at a spreadsheet, much less make sense of one.
