Got a bit of an issue with my doomguard. It is up 65s but at times seems to take a coffee break and won't attack, even though there's always a bane on the main target (raggy) up. Another warlock in our raid noticed the same and it seems to be connected to pet twisting. At the start of P3 we fire up all CDs and then after using demon soul and felstorm, we swap the felguard for the doggie. At that point our doomguard frequently goes on vacation.
Here are some logs, click on the arrow next to the warlock's name and you see that doomguard's activity time greatly differs, in the first link it dropped down to 49s for me:

In this one mine has 60s activity time, but cadan's drops down to 46s:

Anyone noticed similar behaviour? I'll try to only put up BoA on raggy before the pet swap and then BoD right after felpuppy is out, maybe that will make him attack then, but still, it's rather annoying and not sure if that will fix it. It's an annoying dps loss as it is with that fucker doing 18k dps on average.

Has anyone noticed any problems with [Necromantic Focus] in RAWR? As far as I know it has been updated to proc off of Arcane Missiles in RAWR but the numbers I am getting seem wrong. Has this indeed been updated or is it still on the to do list?

You may find people that still prefer 2hand because they may like sharing a weapon between frost spec and unholy or feel its much easier to get one 2h weapon than it is to get two one handed weapons.

This is an old well known bug.

Edit. wtf just noticed some weird reforge on my belt. Dont know why but for some reason I've reforged it from hit -> mastery.

Just to make sure, the bug is that it stops attacking when you summon a new pet? And does applying a new bane "fix" it?

Yea, I don't think it shows it in RAWR because the numbers are ranking it below the alc trinket and such and I'm not sure in any gear that the alc trinket should be better, I might be wrong on the numbers tho.

Again I got a question and yet again Im away and cant use EnhSim properly here.

Point is: wouldnt white hit be more valuable than crit? We still get to high crit% even with very low rating and auto-attacks are a huge part of our damage. I did two ~10min tests on raiding dummy, switching 141 rating points I had to spare. It showed a slight dps increase with more hit, but of course Im no machine so Im not claiming its accurate.

Of course crit can provide higher burst and/or overall dps and it affects all our spells, but wouldnt white hit be able to outweight crit in terms of stable damage output?

PS Would be sweet if someone could sim it/try it out on his/her shaman.

So. I got myself a gatecrasher (I'm on dentarg, getting a cleaver around here is all about luck, there's never any cleavers on AH)
So, i got a Cleaver and a Soul blade, but my question is: Do i benefit more from a gatecrasher due to weapon damage, and Threat of Thassarian then i do from a Soul blade? I loose 146str to 175 agi, so i loose that also when using Pillar of frost. And my mathskills sucks, my instincts tells me the gatecrasher is better, but im unsure. Cheers.

5 minutes test with different weapons each time, i do between 300-500 more dps with gatecrasher. Is there any program to run a test wich is more beneficial? I wanna be sure.

simple question, i'm currently running with around a 373 eilvl 2pc t12 and Skullstealer greataxe

would it be a dps increase to switch to DW (i currently have 1x obsidium cleaver and a soul blade)

i cant use sims my computer likes to freeze for some reason every time i try to run one or id run it myself
