Hi,

Today i make quick dps comparison because I have a new MH (shannox HM, before Ragnaros NH). I checked the logs and even though i have a better MH AND i have a Druid Tank (Mangle +30% Bleed Debuff) my Deep Wounds Ticks are lower than in the Baleroc KIll. In the Baleroc Kill i have 4111 DW ticks avg and in the Ragnaros Kill (New MH and Mangle) only 3750 ticks. i thought with the Druid Tank and the new MH i had ~5500 ticks minimum?

it look like, mangle dont synergie with deep wounds anymore?

There must be something i am missing here?
maybe a buff or a debuff?
Are the ticks more or less Random and the baleroc kill was just luck?
I know that im lacking on Arcane Tactics and 4% Physical Debuff in the ragnaros log, maybe this is the reason?

Maybe someone can say me why my DW ticks dont get buffed, plz

There are two types of spec, both take Lichborne.

Hello. I ignored cleave and whirlwind because the adds didn't get mangle a lot (less than 10% uptime).

Log 1 : 155 crits over 5:19 for 1.20M deep wounds damages = 7k74 per crit
Log 2 : 162 crits over 7:12 for 1.38M deep wounds damages = 8k51 per crit

This is a 10% improvement, 17% once you add up ravage and arcane tactics. And you had higher enrage/deathwish uptimes in log1 while mangle only had a 90% uptime in log2. We're still not at a 30% benefit but, unless your weapon drastically improved your average MH damage, mangle had to be effective. The main factor behind the ticks being lower than your expectations is the longer fight for about the same number of crits, which caused smaller damages buffers (1.9 tick per crit in log1, 2.3 tick per crit in log2).

What gives the highest single target dps of 2 x [Obsidium Cleaver] (heroic) or [Sulfuras, The Extinguished Hand] (heroic), assuming I have BiS gear for both options.

If you want to do top burst potential to maximise your tps after your taunt you want to try something like:

(Be sure to have a refreshed rend before you taunt, since you don't want to need to do it in the middle of this rotation.)

Shield Block -> Recklessness -> Shield Slam -> revenge ->concussion blow -> battle stance -> collosus smash -> shield slam -> revenge -> shield slam if procced, else shockwave. -> normal 'rotation'

If the first revenge procs shield slam just dance and do CS right then instead of the concussion blow "filler". If you get enough rage from being hit, fit in any HSes you can (usually can do a few).

If that isn't enough burst you can swap to CSing and then taunting and reck + shield block + shield slam for the biggest possible initial hit. But really as others have said you probably want your other tank to hold back a little if you're still losing aggro.

The only fight to be wary of using recklessness is heroic Baleroc currently, nothing else really hurts at all.

As of lastnight, my guild and i started putting work on heroic domo 25m, i was wondering if i could get some tips and pointers to max my dps as much as possible from others that are currently downing him on a weekly basis, as i understand the fight is all about maxing dpsing and coordination

I'm currently using a heavy mastery set with a howling blast oriented rotation that libretto mentioned and it has proven to be very successful for me but after the attempts lastnight i feel that i need to go back to haste stacking and the normal priority rotation around obliterate.

First you should log out with your Ret gear equipped.
Second I think it is better to not use CLCRET. You can become to dependent on this Addon, also you will know the "when to use which spell" after a short time yourself.
Addons like PowerAuras or ClassTimer a wiser choices. These addons only improve your ability to track certain buffs you have, but not tell you what to do.

Obviously we cannot judge about your damage, because we do not know your equip.
You should use your Hammer more often WoL says that you casted 3 times AW and only 6 Hammers thrown.

But I have 2 advises for specc and glyphs for you:

Put the 2 points in Acts of Sacrifice into Eye for an Eye.
For glyphs you should switch Rebuke with Divine Protection and, depending on the fight, Ascetic Defender with Holy Wrath. Holy Wrath is golden for Transitions Phases in the Ragnaros encounter.
