Hey guys, I have a question about the BiS trinkets for DW Frost. If [Essence of the Eternal Flame], [Apparatus of Khaz'goroth], [Vessel of Acceleration], and [License to Slay] are the only trinkets I have available to me. Which two do you think would be optimal combined with the rest of the non heroic BiS gear?

Question on weapons....

I'm leveling up my mage, will hit 85 in the week, and am looking at weapons I should keep an eye out for in the AH.

Which of the current tier BOE choices are the best? Volcanospike? Chelley's Scalpel? or the Spire of Scarlet Pain? MrRobot has Volcanospike ahead by a few ticks, but not by a lot.

Or is it better to go with the Spire so I don't have to worry about an offhand?

Guys I'm in need of some help...I've been hearing many things about the current best enhancement priority. Could someone tell me what is currently the best rotation/priority? Also I think that with the gear I have I should be doing better dps but i don't know how much better, and I have tried using enhsim, but to no avail

.

I was also wondering when i should be using my Ancient Petrified Seed when i get it, like where in the priority would it be best.

That surely depends on what kind of Off-Hand you have available to you. Generally, a Main Hand + Off Hand of same item level is better than a Two-Hand of same item level (the DTR quest staves, I believe, are an exception).

In this sense, a Volcanospike would be your best bet if you could lay your on hands on, say, a Book of Binding Will Heroic or a Molten Scream. Though suboptimal, there's always the Moonwell Globe from Molten Front quest rewards for the initial times it takes for you to get an Off Hand.

hi all

hmm iam not 100 % sure if i need to post it here,but i wanted to ask some stuff , since i didnt played since march 2011

i play since 2 days again wow, and made a server transfere too....
at march i was raiding in cata content and got a good DPS count from arround 20K up till 23K

2 days ago as i started again to play.. i was in heroic ini "burg schattenfang"
and my dps was at 5K ......
i didnt changed anything , about my talents, "rotations" items and other stuff.....
so i came here and started to read over all again about the retri pala here in the forum....
i took the basics here, like i did arround januar these year...
ok we got some patches now yeah sure.. but in case about my items at januar and now.. i didnt seen any bigger changes for the rotation or the talent settings.

and now my questions :

1: is there any stuff/changes, what can cause such a DPS lose at a raid/heroic ini ?
2: at march ill got 20K dps now i get 5K dps... is this normal, since i didnt changed my items/didnt played till now ?
3:Mijati @ Aegwynn - Spiel - World of Warcraft ( to take a closer look )
4:is there any GERMAN guide or translation from the 1st side of these topic ? ( my english isent that good to understand all

With H-EoP as our new BiS MH (with H gate off) I'm a little unclear on how our priorities change. I presume our LL is still king with SS on CD as well, but how exactly are we suppoesd to work in Lava burst now. And won't using that consume MW proc buildups that we would use for LBs (thereby getting fewer of those).

I'll have to see it in practice a few times to understand it I'm sure as it hasn't dropped for me yet, but I guess this will make UE, LB, FS/ES, lightning shield shock, and searing totem/totem tick effect move up considerably in the damage breakdown.
