It's seems, that you just really don't understand what haste does. So, every percent of haste let you cast 1% more spells in a given time. If you can cast 100 DL in T seconds 1% more haste will result in 1% more casts in the same time, so you can cast up to 101 DL in T seconds

This statement is false. If you have 1 more Spellpower(ignoring all constants) and that does 1 more healing, only then your statement were true but you can't do that for haste. For fact it does reduce the cast time by X and every other number you get from it, is an assumption.
Note: You assume DL does always heal for X and never differs.

Even with the 5th Tick the additional heal gained will be less by the shield gained through mastery. You calculate a pseudo number related to item budget and has nothing to do with healing. And which were only relevant when an item would have 100 haste or 93 mastery. But as you can see at many items it's 100 haste or 100 mastery. And btw this has absolutely nothing to do with the discussion.
Meaning it's again irrelevant and wrong.

You completely ignore that the amount of ticks you can gain is less than the initial heal and how any heal scales with mastery/haste. I can only image this is your last effort to not lose your face as you noticed that your your statements were false.

I havn't seen it mentioned before, but seems like Heroic Strike can't get parried or dodged. I noitced it yesterday when I was raiding with only 21 expertise by mistake, and after testing it on a dummy I havn't got a single dodge/parry in 250 HS.

That is incorrect.

World of Logs - Real Time Raid Analysis

During baleroc as a tank, I have 6 dodged and 10 parried heroic strikes.

there is a lot of things that we don't know, we have to wait until they finish all things.

so on my opinion if blizzard don't do anything to make us better, a lot of people going to change for another class T_T.

i have been asking on my server to other shamans and all are telling they are no agree with the things at the moment and they are thinking about change for 5.0 to another class.

in my case i love my shaman but if i am going to be the worst dps i prefere really see another classes, i dont love the idea but i dont wanna be out from raids only cause we are the worst class on the world

a lot of things are still without answer, i know that, but i hope blizzard make us better or we are going down more and more.

well we have to wait nothing more.

looking through some logs of a gurthalak weilder on the ptr i followed the spell id and it says that it applies a slow like the priest mind flay. does it really apply a slow? this would have huge pvp implications, for ret specifically.

There is something I do not understand about all those calculations. I tried many many times on a dummy the following shot sequence during an TnT proc :

ES - slight delay (few ms) - ES - ES and I always (I mean 100% of times) have 9 tics of ES during each TnT. So I loose nothing.

Assuming this and that the raid group would stop progressing and wait for their rogue's 12h cd, would it mean after that u could bring another rogue to pickpocket Hagara before killing her and moving foward into their main rogue's questline?

Blizzard originally said that they were going to make it so that the legendary daggers were not a sub optimal choice for combat rogues but I have not seen any more info on this? If a mechanic isn't changed how will combat be viable compared to both assassination and subtlety?
