More intelligence makes Fireball and Arcane Blast hit harder, but I can also cast more Arcane Blasts in succession with more intelligence thanks to Mage Armor. Maybe static is a bad word to use in that situation, but unless the way Arcane works got changed, it still scales phenomenally well with higher ilvl gear. As long as the options in your Rawr setup are sound, then Rawr is correct and like I said the difference in DPS is smaller than with lower ilvl gear.
With the % increase on Incinerate dmg on immolated targets, wouldnt Incinerate glyph outperform Glyph of imp? especially at higher lvl gear, can someone confirm that for meh, Im still learning to use simulationcraft, no really good at it yet, but logically, on heavy movement fights, Glyph of imp would be better, coz the imp doesnt stop casting, but on light, no movement, fights, Glyph of incinerate should be better...
Shall i use the Glyph of Wild Growth? or replace it with Glyph of Healing Touch? WG was my trusted heal spell but they reduce its heal by %20 now. So my HPS will suck i think. What can you tell about these?
Two questions that I have not yet seen answered, or even discussed. Will our stat priority change? As of current, haste is marginally better than mastery, still better, but marginally. Most shamans that I have seen reforge most things to haste. With the new T13 4pc and giving us an almost constant 750 haste, will mastery become a new favored stat, or at least better than it is now?
Well i have the same question, but i think yes, mastery will become more valuable than haste, but i guess we don't have to reforge all our gear to mastery, we have to try to be on both up, what i mean, don't lose to many haste.
I noticed in the BiS thread that landsoul had mentioned using haste items over mastery items as to help with rage gen. Is there a specific soft cap at which we would aim for and is it worth the sacrifice of hit for it and if so how low could we drop our hit as a rough estimate to make the haste increase viable due to the loss of white swings. I would have to run some numbers but I feel probably 14% min hit and probably around 6.5% haste would be a good scale for how even they would need to be as it seems any lower on hit you would lose rage gen. I have not run any numbers to support my claim just from a personal experience while messing around on the PTR.

i thought ExS could not be "pushed" back or refreshed like a SS thru a CoS...but if used b4 the last ticks it would jus be overlapped like....1st ExS hits for 1 sec then 2nd ExS hits for 2secs...so ur only gettin 3 secs of Damage where as if a Cos or KC was used inbetween ur gettin 3 ticks of ExS then another 3 ticks....for a total of 6 secs of damage plus a CoS or KC....So itll look like ExS...KC...ExS..CoS...AS AS
I know there is a ilvl and stat loss using the LFR dragonsoul tier gear, but I was wondering would it be worth using that new stuff for the 2 piece set bonus OR should I just stick with my old firelands 4 piece? What is the better DPS?
For FIRELANDS tier, I have Heroic shoulders, heroic legs, heroic chestpiece and regular helm for the 4 piece
and for DRAGON SOUL I have the RAID FINDER Gloves & Shoulders
