Another issue might be:

Using the stage 1 daggers (fear/vengeance) i've noticed that my landslide procs dropped to about 50% of what they are without daggers as combat.

I've compared it to another rogue in our guild on several fights. We have nearly the same gear, nearly the same hit aswell 14.4% for him and 14.7% for me. I used the daggers he used firelands weapons 2.6/1.4

Attack wise

His white attacks:
208 hit 214 crit
Mine:
253 hit 252 crit

His SS:
95 hit 44 crit
Mine:
95 hit 49 crit

He had 47 landslide procs vs my 24.

Uptime:
Him
Landslide 47 69.9 %
Me:
Landslide 24 46.2 %

Im unsure how to test it properly. Has anyone else experienced weird behaviour with landslide and using the daggers as combat? This is nearly the same for all bosses.

i did notice an increase in percentage of our total dmg done. before the DW hot fix it was sitting around 6%. tonight in heroic fl i saw it was up to 9%. there may still be some hope for fury.

you don't need to reforge to exp. there is enough exp on the gear to get you statisfied.

The situation might be simple, or rather basic, in that internally, Ignite inherits the damage of crits from their base damage, before they are modified, and their modifiers are the ones Ignite itself has. i.e. a crit of a fireball might be a modified fireball that was doubled, but an Ignite to be based on a double fireball that was modified by the effects on Ignite.

Anyone got some thoughts on whats the BiS weapons for SMF?
and maybe how it compares to TG now?

If I load my character up in shadowcraft I always get combat ahead of sub, which is not surprising due to my moderate gear level. If I load up Aldriana or similarly geared rogues I see sub ahead by 1k dps or more, also not surprising. My question is where is the cross-over point in gear (mainly agility) when sub takes the lead? If I change my weapons to the P1 legendaries I get almost equal dps estimates, so I know it must be in the neighborhood of 5200 agility.

By this he means that you can most likely reforge expertise off of almost any piece that has it to a more useful stat like haste or crit. I've reforged it off all my current gear and am at ~15 expertise. If you notice to many dodges you may want to be a little higher, but generally it's not an issue.
