I would simply see that as a byproduct of our not yet having seen raiding gear. As +spell hit serves little value outside raid situations (assuming you're sticking with yellow mobs), why should it be on dungeon blues? In TBC, neither Incanter's Regalia nor Mana-etched Regalia had any hit. I would assume that we will start seeing more cloth hit gear once we start seeing more lvl 80 purples.

Is shockadin + Warrior a viable 2000+ lineup? Today I got owned twice by retri pally + resto shammy, any advice?

Next ID in Sunwell, we killt Sathrovarr and pushed Kalegos down to 1% and wiped in the very first try. After some problems with portals not spawning we could finally save the dragon from his corruption.

All you really need are 25 men alive and both of them around ~13% HP to make it through the enrage. Now i have to worry about our HPS and DPS against Brutallus, but we only had a couple of trys after the first bossencounter.

Nub survival hunter question here. My main is a spriest and we don't have any survival hunters in our guild, so I was wondering what DPS is should be shooting, no, aiming, no, trying to get with mid-level (no greens, 3-4 blues rest epics) Kara gear?

Well first of all, I just wanted to briefly apologize for derailing the current topic as it appears that an interesting discussion about lvl 70 wotlk talent builds is about to go underway, but this has troubled me for quite some time now and I just wanted to get some recommendations and pointers (if possible) with regards to the 7/20/34 spec - I am aware that it enables the survival Hunter to pump out a great amount amount of DPS due to the talents such as IAotH in there but will the build be perfectly viable and effective with my current gear? Would you guys say its a definite "step-up" build over my current one? Much thanks in advance!

You have plenty of time to stockpile money now and respec for every new raid according to what kind of spec you need.

For some unkown reason, my dps was way below what it used to be yesterday.


I'm pretty sure that the kalecqos meters are off, since there's no way I did 900 dps...

I've recently acquired some new items, but they should be an upgrade (t6 shoulders instead of shoulders of the hidden predator and t6 chest instead of badges chest)


Was it because my group setup got completely fucked (no drums next to mine, no bloodlust) and the fact that I was out of mana at about 20% (I was chain fel-mana'ing btw)


I'd also like to add that i'm using manito's modified shotmacro, since it should be optimal for my current speed (being 2.03)

Any suggestions?

Actually even the mana buff can be brought by other classes now as well.

Hello all. Not a big stalker of the EJ forums, but recently started raiding again, and quite a bit has changed since i raided seriously. With that the hunters i used to hunter talk with, are no longer around so im sorta lost on this subject.

Recently respeced for hast based SV. I always ran as SV but used to run with 1:1.5 iAS build. This was before the 2:1 was i guess "discovered" Im lucky enough to have gotten a DST a long way back, but that damn TSU is still eluding me.

So my question is, would the ashtongue trinket out perform my zerkers call now that im dropping ALOT more steadies then before? Will it out perform a madness? (disregaurding additional hit properties) My computers Excel is all sorta messed up so im unable to run the spread sheet. ill make sure to log out in my raiding gear, and if somone could plug those in, taht would be great.

Looking to see what would be best for DPS purposes specifically. I can obtain hit with a couple different peices of gear i have.
