I have a quesiton about the haste rating of 1573 for the mid level gear. Is this number true also for Goblins or would it be lower?

I have been reading with the recent hotfix to our 4p bonus that some are looking for 2p heroic t12 but I am unable to get a herioc Rag kill for the helm unless I pay for it, so I have this question. If you cannot get that heroic t12 2p, would it be better to go for the t13 4p?

i have some question , i never pve much with my hunter before but after transferring to new realm i bring my hunter and decide to do PvP. Last night my guild ask me to help them bring down deathwing (not spide of deathwing). I have 2 primary question :

1. When you're under GCD, ton of haste buff with lust and rapid fire, should i use aimed back to back even if enemy health is not > 90%?furthermore, should i keep Improved steady shot buff? Sometimes to get ISS buff, my focus is rapidlly charging and i don't have enough gcd to burn it all, is this a dps loss?

2. Should i use rapid fire back to back?this will also answer question above why my focus is overcapped at lust

I'm not really bad at PvE, in dungeon my dps around 18-24k with average gear 373, including 2 ruthless shoulder and head since it's hard to get them back then. In Deathwing my best dps is 33-34k, most of the time i'm below 30k because i didn't watch my cooldown such rabid etc.

I'm not sure what you would do with shattered ice, but if you mean the ice tomb she puts out, yes I tried it. I iceblocked as the frost ball hit me and I got ice tombed around my ice block. It didn't prevent it, but while I was in my personal iceblock, I didn't take any damage. When my iceblock expired, I started taking damage just as normal.

It was said that DTR was meant to be usable through the end of the expansion so the 413 stuff is probably close but not quite there.

Anyone can tell how the new Weapons work out for us? Would be cool, if anyone can sim for like evere heroic and non-heroic weapon (+offhand) there is. :> Just don't know how the DoT of Rathrak works with Felhunter etc. :>

My DPS is around 17k on Raid Dummy, so wtf? Rotation:

Serpent String --> Chimera --> 2x Arcane Shot --> Steady Shot for full focus --> Chimera --> 2x Arcane Shot --> Steady Shot for full focus.

Do you guys think it is a good idea to use [No'Kaled, the Elements of Death] instead of [Fear]? I see both weapons aren't modeled well in the actual build of shadowcraft

Quick question about Dragon Soul Weapons would

[Rathrak, the Poisonous Mind]

be an upgrade over

[Vagaries of Time]

would it be worth giving up the stats for the proc?

It seems as though from initial uses the proc doesn't scale with spell power and talents so it's just a flat 8710 damage

not to mention the ICD and the 10 second duration =/
