I'm not certain if this is the right place to ask, but I have a question about rawr. Every time that I try to optimize on my mage, rawr tells me that downgrading from 2/4 t13 2set (one LFR and one normal) and getting rid of some 397 offset shoulders, swapping in my old t11 gear (2 of the pieces are normal, and 1 is heroic) for the 4set. Rawr seems to think that this is nearly a 2k dps upgrade for me, but I'm not entirely sold on that. Fire is a somewhat hard spec to test gearing options with, since even with massively long training dummy sessions, RNG can still give you some very different results.
Basically, my question is: does rawr have some improper handling of mage set bonuses, or is the roughly 5% haste that the t11 4set gives me really that much better than extra int and offstats?
My mage can be found here:

For a full layout of the stat differences between the two sets, WITH the t11 set, I LOSE 20 crit rating, I lose 200 mastery, I lose 100 static haste, and the 10X50 haste from the t13 2set, and I lose 500 spellpower. I gain the 5% crit on pyro, (pyro is roughly 15% of my damage, so this is an overall DPS gain of about .5%). I also gain the 10% haste, which only applies to fireball. So, I get a 5.6% haste increase on fireball, which is 35% of my damage, working out to roughly a 2% damage increase.
