WearYourNR.gif, indeed. Did you ever find out which number sucker you were in this total pull failure? I would guess around 31 or 32, just by starting at 3k and multiplying by 1.5 several times. My question is: why did it hit you for 1? Did you encounter a rounding error or some equally absurd thing?
My next question is: did they have to patch the game to use 64-bit numbers for damage (or god forbid, floating point) when they added C'thun, or did they plan for damage to get that big from the beginning? The 40th sucker in a total pull failure takes something on the order of 22B damage, which is comfortably outside the range of a 32-bit integer. Come to think of it, they probably do use floating point.
