Never drop Swift RJ for Nature's Cure.
1) You cripple your HPS output when not using cooldowns. Cutting Rejuv spamming down by 0.5s per cast is very important when you're blanketing huge raid damage. It's also very important when properly utilising Jaws of Defeat.
2) You shouldn't be dispelling. Other classes are able to dispel with much more efficiency than we are due to talents/Glyphs.
3) If you have to pick up magic dispel then consider my current talent build:
Talents & Glyphs - Game - World of Warcraft
I pick up dispel due to heroic spine of deathwing, if our main dispeller dies or is gripped at a bad time he calls it out and i step in to help.
Edit: I wanted to add that this thread is becoming a bit too much of a "This is my raid situation, what should I do?" instead of a conversation about healing as a resto druid in patch 4.3. The posts on 4t12 not interacting with full health people with Searing Plasma on heroic spine for example (including logs and conclusion) are good, the posts on your individual healing layouts are going to be completely skipped over by majority of readers. Lets try keep it informative.
