Is the on use orc racial [2257 @ 90 for an avg 282 SP] superior to a Pandas 300int [this + this]?

I understand that you are able to stack an orcs racial with BL/DS, and before our 4set the CD lines up perfect, but even if you assume an additional 30% effectiveness on the racial it is still appears to behind overall.

Realized that with proper refreshing of DoT's while this is up we gain value.

Panda will be the superior race for alliance, Orc on the other hand, assuming perfect play, will be superior to Panda on the Horde.

So our racial choices for alliance are...

Gnome
5% mana, 1% hit [340 rating] when using swords/daggers

Worgen
On use sprint, 1% crit [596 rating]

Panda
Half Falling Damage, 300int

The choice seems pretty clear to me, with int having near triple the value of crit for us. For min/max I guess we are going panda.

As far as i know there have no changes made to undead racials. the only racial that has been changed that i can think of was the orc pet racial, and that was a nerf.
